The customer service provided to me as a new T-Mobile internet and phone subscriber has been the WORST I have EVER experienced in my adult life of 70 years! All the people I have dealt with have been very nice and polite. Regardless, they made promises to convince me to sign up that were falsehoods. What should have been a simple way to transfer my current cell phone number to my new T-Mobile provider and to receive a $150 promotional rebate required at least 5 (yes, FIVE) hours of my time bouncing back between "pre-pay" and "post-pay", rebate departments' and local office customer service personnel to perhaps resolve these issues that should have occurred automatically and not over the course of 4 months time. Their software is defective; half the time I cannot log in to my online account and I have still not yet received my promised rebate which is now going to be mailed to me by check since their online virtual payment system does not work. New customers should be warned of these issues.

I went to this T-Mobile to purchase a phone they wanted my iPhone 12+400 I said I couldn’t afford it, later that day on a Sunday, 2 weeks later $188 was taken out of my account. So that made me go back to the date I was in the store and look at my transactions and I had two more transactions that was taken out on the day. I went there for $37.63. First they sent me an email saying they were going to refund me my 188. Now They’re talking about no refund so now I have to get the police involved because they committed fraud against me. Someone who works at the store. The store was Reynoldsburg Baltimore Road.

Was not able to solve my ‘adding line to plan’ problem after two visits. Staff had ??♀️ ‘I don’t know what to do’ attitude. I’ll be going to a different location. Customer service was notably bad. I would like to be informed about the efforts being made, but instead there were super long periods of silence where it felt they may be googling tutorials or instructions. The wait was very long on one of the visits with minimal business in store. I almost left without being helped.

Nice people, poor service. When I setup home internet service over the phone, I was shipped the wrong item for home internet. I called and customer service told me I could go to a t-mobile store and exchange for the right item. I got to the store and they lied to me, telling me a service I had 6 months ago magically isn't available yet in my area, then wanted to charge a restocking fee instead of refunding my money for services I'm unable to use. Waste of time and money

TL:DR I'll be driving past an authorized retailer location 5 minutes from my house to come to this location that's about 15 minutes away.Went to the store by my house (broad @ Waggoner) to switch to T-Mobile and had a pretty bad experience so I drove here.Christopher was super professional and friendly. Christopher got me all set up and even walked me through the process of claiming a rebate to help pay off my balance on a phone we were bringing over.While here Christopher and the other rep greeted everyone who came, took their name and let them know how long the wait would be.The contrast in attitude of the team here vs. the other location were stark.
