“Although I spent longer than I expected too, after speaking with Troy (hope you don't mind me using your name) I have had a change of heart about my original review. I can truly say, Vance Outdoors care deeply about their customers. Troy had explained why it takes longer to finish up in their store. Being understaffed makes since to me. Also, he has informed me that there is plans for the future on how they process your information. I think once they put that in place, it should be a lot faster to get in and get out.”

“My 9 year old son loves baseball and is actually a very talented young phenomenal player. His favorite baseball place is D-BAT, which my son asks me probably once a day when are we're going back to D-BAT! D-BAT is a very nice and reasonably priced, but a little small baseball facility, but D-BAT is expanding this Gahanna facility which we can see its under construction everytime we go to visit D-BAT, and my son and i are eager to see the new construction finished what D-BAT will look like then. I rate D-BAT Gahanna a 5 out of 5! After the construction and additions are finished, D-BAT will likely become a 6 out of 5, beyond excellence!”

“Eddie Bauer is a retail chain that has hundreds of locations across the country and sells merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, home linens, and outdoor gear. This location in Groveport, Ohio is their fulfillment and customer service center. This location offers more styles in more sizes than do other locations. Weeks ago, I ordered one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer and one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices were $50 and $55, which I thought was a little high but was willing to pay. Employees at this location mailed me the hoodies in separate packages. A few days later, the packages were delivered to my house. The hoodies are in the correct sizes and are a high quality. Several days ago, I placed another order from Eddie Bauer, this time for sunglasses for $41 and socks for $12. Two days later, the package was delivered to my house. The sunglasses look stylish and fit my face well. The socks are made from a thick fabric and feel comfortable.”

It's connected to their House of Hoops, which carries premium and signature sneakers and clothing. It can get a little busy on the weekends here.”

“December 11 I miss out on buying a pair of retro Jordan’s for my granddaughter for Christmas so I drove all over town going to shoe stores and happened to go in there. They didn’t have the Jordan’s I was looking for but was able to find a pair she liked. There was an attendant there that acted like she was the one that wanted to be served but fortunately there was another lady there that completely overshadowed the one lady. This lady was pleasant she was informed and she was easy to look at also. Might go back in a pinch.”

“Over the years I’ve shopped at many Dick’s Sporting Goods stores and their experience is consistent between locations.This store is large and well-organized. The staff was attentive particularly in shoes and the winter apparel area. I needed a fitting room and was helped immediately.The selection seems to be getting better. I’m not sure if the sportswear trend just makes the store more appealing or if their brands are producing better goods but there was a great selection of apparel.The line to check out felt long but they moved it quickly through and the cashier was warm and efficient.”

“The selection here of clothes and shoes is very exceptional. I love the style of clothes they sell here. However, what really made my experience was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful when I walked into the store to when I walked out. I would much rather go here and shop rather than dealing with the employees at the nearby skater shop a few stores down. I had a great experience here. This store is placed next to the food court in the mall.”
