“I really like your store at the Easton location, staff always friendly, great sales but I'm really not comfortable with the men being able to sit in dressing rooms I was trying something on yesterday wanted to come out show my sister n law but didn't because a man was sitting in there,maybe you should put chairs outside the dressing room for men they should not be allowed back there just a suggestion.”

“I hope this gets to the right people. I purchased a bag at the Lululemon at Easton about a month ago. They forgot to put it in my bag and called me within an hour of me leaving to apologize and let them know it would be at the register for me. I completely forgot about it, and Megan just called to let me know they still had it. I want to give them recognition for amazing customer service. Most places would not call, let alone call again to follow up to see if I still wanted the product still.
I will be choosing this lululemon location over any in the central Ohio area. That is amazing customer service and they deserve to be acknowledged there!”

“Very good store Has a lot of good stuff the Nike socks were great and they had good shoes I recently bought Jordan 4 Retro here it was amazing quality really liked it I recommend but just one problem. If you buy something and want to return it if you already wore they say the policy says you can’t if it’s worn. Don’t come to this foot locker if you are looking for shoes and find it good and good size don’t try to return.”
“December 11 I miss out on buying a pair of retro Jordan’s for my granddaughter for Christmas so I drove all over town going to shoe stores and happened to go in there. They didn’t have the Jordan’s I was looking for but was able to find a pair she liked. There was an attendant there that acted like she was the one that wanted to be served but fortunately there was another lady there that completely overshadowed the one lady. This lady was pleasant she was informed and she was easy to look at also. Might go back in a pinch.”

“I had gone online and ordered 3 pairs of shoes.. 2 for my 6 year old daughter and 1 for my 10 year old son. For my son and daughter, 2 pairs were sneakers that were purchased during a buy one get one half of promotion. Last pair were Crocks for my daughter.
My son loved his Nike sneaks and they fit perfectly. Unfortunately, both pairs for my daughter were both WAY too big. So I just needed to exchange for different size. I was really worried about the "deals" we received online losing value when doing an exchange in store. Nope! It went flawlessly! My daughter even decided to choose a totally different pair of sneakers than originally purchased, and the employees at Famous Footwear accommodated us! AND her Crocks ended up being cheaper than our original purchase price, so they had me put a credit card in to give ME money back! Love you guys! Going here for every foot growth my kids experience for sure!”

“Eddie Bauer is a retail chain that has hundreds of locations across the country and sells merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, home linens, and outdoor gear. This location in Groveport, Ohio is their fulfillment and customer service center. This location offers more styles in more sizes than do other locations. Weeks ago, I ordered one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer and one women's hoodie through Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices were $50 and $55, which I thought was a little high but was willing to pay. Employees at this location mailed me the hoodies in separate packages. A few days later, the packages were delivered to my house. The hoodies are in the correct sizes and are a high quality. Several days ago, I placed another order from Eddie Bauer, this time for sunglasses for $41 and socks for $12. Two days later, the package was delivered to my house. The sunglasses look stylish and fit my face well. The socks are made from a thick fabric and feel comfortable.”
“The selection here of clothes and shoes is very exceptional. I love the style of clothes they sell here. However, what really made my experience was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful when I walked into the store to when I walked out. I would much rather go here and shop rather than dealing with the employees at the nearby skater shop a few stores down. I had a great experience here. This store is placed next to the food court in the mall.”

“We went shopping today for my son’s 15th Birthday! We were getting him a full set of golf clubs and a golf bag. Ted was so helpful and went above and beyond what I have ever seen someone do in retail. He took his time to ask us questions and even gave our son a little golf lesson in the golf simulator room! “This location is always pleasant. Greeted upon entering and offered help. Today I found a shoe in store that I loved but wanted to get the bogo deal. I had a pair in mind that was online only. The cashier informed me they could order the shoe for me and have it delivered so could get the bogo deal. Outstanding customer service. The lady manager of this location is also always so helpful. Definitely recommended this location.”
