I had my bedding done today at the Whitehall location today only to get it all home and realize everything had been dryed full of soap and fabric softener. I've never had a bad experience doing this before . I'm extremely disappointed and will now be up most of the night re-rinsing all of my bedding in my apartment size washer .

its good place and clean but not clean deep enough because there is still dirty in where we use pour with our laundry chemical. since i have skin sensitive. every time i use them and few chemicals came together and end up getting hives and itches

As a 1st time visitor on 7.20.2024,..it was an absolute waste of my time and I will likely not revisit! After finally locating somewhere to park in their extremely "limited" options parking lot, I hustled 3 large laundry bags from the car, into the laundromat,... just to discover only 6-8 machines were functioning,..and these were in use by other patrons. Their website advertises 57 total machines in this establishment and "Literally" 49 of the 57 Washer & Dryer machines all had an Out Of Order sticker on them that said "Sorry I'm Sick"!?!? Why are you even open - if over 3/4 of your machines are inoperable?
Edit - After speaking with the Area Manager Crystal, my 7.20.2024 experience appears to be related to an external problem that has effected the entire shopping plaza. Crystal was apologetic for the inconvenience and committed to making things right should I decide to visit the Reynoldsburg OH location again.

Splash laundry is always a clean facility and they provide great service. Brianna is always courteous and takes great care of me. Whenever I drop off laundry she greets me with a smile, she gets my laundry done sooner than expected and lets me know when they are finished. When I get my clothes back they are always folded to perfection!

I am a local business owner, I recently built a house & got all new appliances and my Samsung washing machine went down because of the IT outage it could not preform and update. I brought my clothes into Splash Landry and Brianna Merckle was very helpful and understanding and helped me out under a stressful circumstance. I will refer splash laundry from here on out because of Brianna Merckle?

Very clean place to wash your laundry and staff is great ! Drop off service is convenient and the ladies do a great job folding your laundry and having it ready within time promised. Ive been using this location for about a year and won't go anywhere else !!

The laundry mat is very clean affordable and there is a variety of washer sizes, it's a smaller laundry mat but very comfortable to do your laundry. I love the drop off service it is convenient, affordable, and Karla folds my laundry perfect. If you haven't tried this service you need to give it a shot you won't be disappointed !!

Been coming here for a few a years and today was my last day. I normally have a great experience, however they lost some long time employees who were amazing and hired new people who do not even know you can’t mix hot pink clothing with white clothes. The manager Crystal was completely unhelpful and took no ownership of the mistake they caused, not even an apology. This is the 3rd time I have had something either damaged or went missing dealing with them. The attendant Sophia is actually the one who saved the day today. She understood why I was upset and stepped in and was able to fix majority of the damaged clothes, and for that I am thankful for her. But the fact that this has become a repeated offense along with Crystal’s unbelievable rude attitude and poor management regarding the matter, I will never return. They do not take care of loyal customers and so refuse to spend another penny there.

Cleanliness seems to vary depending on who's working. But other than that, this is a great place to do laundry.
