Always clean restroom.
At least when I come in, which is late evening.
The food was definitely hot and MTO.

Took them almost 30 minutes to make one milkshakes. Literally sat in the drive thru while we watched them make other orders when we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time. We ended up going inside to ask them why they taking so long making a milkshake because they were ignoring are hand waves at the window. Y’all care more about to go orders than the people physically at the store

A lovely lady named Kennedy helped me put air in my tires because I couldn’t figure it out lol, but she was amazing with a wonderful attitude and very willing to help!

Most of the time this location is a smooth in and out when ordering hot food. But clearly was not the day. Ordered at 12:52 and didn't get our food till 1:20 only to get home and realized they shorted us the boneless wings we ordered. The employees were slow with so many orders/people waiting on food both inside and through the drive through. The best is when we got home and realized the shorten boneless wings, I tried to call the store. While waiting for a manager to take the call, I was hung up on. Tried a second time to call and wouldn't you know, no answer. Clearly this location is going downhill for which I will find another place to grab some snacks when I want them.

Called Customer Service in error but Xavier was GREAT. He helped with my inquiry so now Sheetz had just gained a new customer!

I come every morning for breakfast. Manager lady who’s always at the cash register by the self checkout accused me of stealing while I was waiting on my food. She even printed out a copy of my receipt to show me. I definitely wasn’t stealing and she walked away looking like an idiot after I called her out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to be treated like a criminal for being a customer.

Ordered a sub got home and it was nothing I asked for, it was cold and plain with no toppings and sloppily put together but the receipt says what I asked for ? only reason for the 2 star rather than 1 is that the store is clean and convenient

No sweet tea. Sheetz to me is known for great everything that they sell especially the sweet tea
24/7 location should have fresh whatever especially the easily sweet tea. But nope
