Got to the store placed my order I watch the girl put the wrong sauce on my food soon as I ask her is that hab sauce I order fire roasted sauce she says what you want me to do like remake it she says I have to wait for co worker an still pics up the wrong sauce I get the manager ask her to help her she gets smart talking about she’s just a kid like what does that have to do with you reading the screen and making my order right the customer service is is terrible I will NEVER spend another dollar here remind you my order is over $20 to get this type of service for my money is beneath me they need better training

Prices inside store say a lower price on the shelf than when item is rang up. Cashier will not check & says there is nothing he can do, Manager lady acts like you’re stupid for even bringing it up and won’t help, they will just ask if you don’t want the item or not. After a couple of times of this happening, lesson learned to stop shopping there for anything other than gas out front.

2700 Brice rd location is absolutely disgusting, trash all over outside and inside on the floors and counters. The restroom has no soap or toilet paper and dirt and mud and paper towels all over the floors. Screen to show where you are in line if you're brave enough to eat from a most likely bacteria filled kitchen doesn't work. 6 security guards inside just standing around talking, one or two actual employees visible. Gross location that is in dire need of corporate attention. I'll go to another location thanks.

Typical Sheetz gas station. Did notice though that this location is kinda dirty inside. Noticed some trash on the floor inside the store. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. Very nicely stocked though. Still had everything I needed though!

Slowest sheetz I have ever been to. Took over 20min to get a simple food order. Inside was dirty. Employees were not very friendly

Disgusting and slow. Coming from MD & VA- Sheetz is a must. This location however is very dirty. The store inside and out. Today there was even chicken wing bones in a parking spot. The outdoor seating area is filthy and usually filled with loitering bums, smoking. The floors in the store are always filled with trash like napkins, food wrappers, crumbs, etc. it makes me wonder how bad the kitchen actually is. When ordering food they are extremely slow and in this particular day the guy making food was obviously angry about something. He repeatedly slammed the oven door and was tapping the touch screen with heavy aggression. As much as I like Sheetz this place has changed my mind.

It’s NEVER STOCKED ! Always out of drinking cups, sugar and they stopped selling glazed donuts.. as if everyone loves the overly sweet ones with frosting smh

Always very dirty never has anything in stock! You can't eat in because the tables are so dirty and sticky. Good luck finding anything to drink as they are always "out" ? even though you can see behind the cooler case and see your drink back there ?. The hobos and crack heads that are outside begging for change or asking you if you will buy them a beer are outrageous! All in all just an absolutely horrible experience.

Always love going to this location, it's always so clean and the food I order is always accurate and definitely expertly made. Plus the good deals you get with your Sheetz card gets you 2 c4 energy drinks for 5$ always love these gas stations

Kitchen Staff was on point and made everyone's orders extremely quickly, very friendly supervisor and a very clean establishment. Food was always very tasty and fresh , one of Columbus' best Sheetz. Love this place!

She's used to have the lowest gas but I believe it was a marketing ploy they dropped them low for a long time. Getting you used to come then you're used to coming thinking oh, I'm getting the best deal but now they're the same prices. Everybody else it is clean. However, they don't have a lot of pump so it's always packed. I think was good marketing on their part but not for the consumer because it is not low anymore. You can just go anywhere and get the same price

I can’t believe a brand new store can be so dirty. Napkins and straws all over the floor inside, and trash all over the parking lot. Someone needs to be held accountable.
