I just bought a car from there a week ago and the transmission went out at it and when I was there..me n wife asked her multiple times there was anything wrong with the car and we test drove it and she kept saying there was nothing wrong. To come find out needed a new valve cover gasket and now it needs a new transmission n top it off when I got home with the car I found weed in the center console

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband, son, and I had an accident about a month prior, and a newer version of the car fell right in our lap with this place for exactly what we had to spend. Heather was kind, professional, and I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were so kind to my son, even when the afternoon nap tired feeling hit him. Anyone who asks, I’d send here first.

I came here last Monday looking for a specific Mustang that unfortunately got sold 2 days prior. Rocky walked me out to look at the last 3 Mustangs he had on the lot. He was so patient while my husband and I walked between the 3 and looked at them. He answered all of our questions, looked over the car with us, and when I picked he was awesome with helping get things situated. I had to run to the bank to get the check and he made sure to hold the car for me until I got back. The entire process was super quick and everyone was really nice! We went in around 1pm and walked out with the keys shortly after 4. Most of that time was me talking to Rocky and getting the check. Heather was super quick at going over everything and getting the paperwork signed but also made sure you knew what you were signing. I definitely recommend shopping around here! I love my Mustang and it's driving beautifully! Rocky I appreciate your knowledge and passion about Mustangs. It made this decision so much easier!

Immediately after buying had to put hundreds of dollars worth of parts on the vehicle we bought. Dealers basically said ??♀️ sorry bout it. Also claimed to have just detailed it. The interior, exterior and windows were filthy.

I purchased a very clean,beautiful one owner low mileage 2010 Impala LT from Rick's in August 2021. I've owned 2 brand new vehicles in the past, but to me the Impala from Rick's is the best car I've ever had. Heather and I have something in common. Heather is my daughter's name as well as my grandson's Mom. Carfax ad on my cell brought my attention to the vehicle in Reynoldsburg and I was all in. Before driving away with the Impala LT, I thanked Heather and Rick for the most rewarding and satisfying vehicle experience in my life.Much appreciated!
