Never again. This is probably the second worst hotel room i have ever stayed in, the first one being in Newark, NJ… the room immediately hits you with a strong smell of mildew, there are scuffs all over the walls, cracks in the ceiling, scratches up and down both the front door and bathroom door, the bathroom door knob was essentially falling out; to the point it almost looks like someone was locked in there at one point. i am half tempted to report this place based of that alone…half of the furniture has been updated, but all of it is damaged. and just to name a few more minor things wrong with the room; the remote was missing the back, the shower was dripping water the entire time, and we were missing a lightbulb. the front desk was standoffish, not mean but not friendly at all, didn’t seem like they even cared to help me. in fact, when we arrived we had two measly pillows per bed, and when we called to ask for more, we were instructed to come pick them up at the front desk. when we arrived at the front desk i was told they didn’t have extra pillows, none at all. what kind of hotel doesn’t have extra pillows? and why was i told two stories? i would not recommend staying here unless you have nothing else to do, it was fine in a pinch with no where else to go, but i would never stay here again.Rooms: See above; nasty, not swept, scratches, cracks, rust, mildew, dripping faucets, banged up in general.Noteworthy details: don’t stay here

The room was alright, a bit out dated. The only issue we had was the step by the pool that is not marked with bright paint. My 70 year old aunt fell because of it, she hit her head, knee, and her hands. She now has a severe sprain in her right wrist. When we checked out, the girl at the desk had an attitude about it, i told her that we are not the suing kind, but im sure someone will be. When i took pictures of it, the man at the pool said his wife had stumbled over it as well.

Do not stay here! This place is horrible, wall pieces falling off, horrid smell in room. AC smelled of weed when turned on. Whole room just felt dirty. Toilet paper holder ripped off wall. Had to leave the smell gave an instant headache and made it hard to breathe.

Seemed like a decent hotel midway between MD & MO. None of the reviews mentioned bed bugs or strange stains & the price was right for one night (3 adults, 2 queen beds, non smoking room).Made the reservation online only about 4 hours prior to checking in, though did not receive the expected email or text of confirmation.Checked in around 10pm on Saturday, July 1st (a holiday weekend no less). Was a bit leery of my reservation actually being booked but alas, no worries there. The lot wasn’t too sketchy & there was no one else in the lobby so that was a good start. The front desk clerk, who was immediately available, efficient & friendly enough, said they had room 213. With no floors above, yes & thank you was my response. This hotel is right off interstate 70 & it was the weekend just before the 4th of July, so not too surprising that people continued checking in well after 10pm.Travelers in the night are a strange bunch, & many seemed content to idle in their vehicles or mill about in the parking lot while fireworks exploded all around.Within the room there were some noticeable areas in need of a cleaning, if not a deep cleaning, but over all, room 213 was not bad at all.NOTE: We didn’t bother with breakfast, which was noted as served from 6-9am. Also did not venture into other areas of the hotel (which is pretty size able) so can not comment there.PROS:Walk in shower was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, hotel/motel or not! Excellent water pressure, adjustable shower head that worked, decently clean. NOTE: No safety hold or textured floor within shower.Beds were well made & exceptionally comfortable! Sheets looked/felt quite clean &…my pillow case smelled delightful!Very quiet within room, only heard the occasional siren (not surprising), & the soothing rumble of a serious thunderstorm.Room felt secure once both entry door & adjoining suite door were locked/latchedGood TV channel choicesEasy to access WiFi, solid signalCONS:Only one bath towel provided for three peopleHeadboard above bed full of little handprints from who knows how many grimy kids.Room could definitely use a monthly or even quarterly deep cleaning.I say give this hotel a chance, the room rate was excellent & management seems to be above average. Hopefully your stay is as decent as ours was.Rooms: Room 213 was quite comfortable. GREAT beds & shower!Could use a deep cleaning though.Safety: Seemed ok within the hotel, parking lot & room, lobby equipped w/numerous CCTV feeds.Surrounding area most likely sketchy/questionable.Food & drinks: Waffle House, Tim Horton’s, no shortage of fast food options.Noteworthy details: Easy access to Interstate 70, plenty of fast food & fuel options.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS HOTEL! I took two steps into this room and walked out. Cigarette burns in the bed, unflushed toilet, hand prints on the wall, the list goes on. Manager would not return my phone call or even entertain a refund. Do not ever stay here.

Great spot for less than $80 on a Sunday. Had some issues with the sink not draining in our room and the staff was very helpful with resolving the issue. The room was generally clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. There is a restaurant that is walkable and a waffle house across the street. Great place to rest during long trips.

Charged for an extra room and another undisclosed charge on last day there. Didn't find out until getting home and checking bank statement. Front desk told me they wanted us to write down our credit card information for any additional fees said he had to speak to his manager. and to leave it with them after checkout because there was a pending charge. Even though we paid for 2 nights for 2 rooms and were charged for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Place doesn't seem legit, we called and asked for the Manger and spoke to who initially asked for credit card info and said our charges had been reversed even though we checked out days earlier, checked bank account and charges were dropped the day we called. Not an honest business, I stay at least 2 weeks away from home due to business a month, this place will try to scam you.. fair warning, there are way better hotels for the same price. Never again

Declined over the years! Never enough staff or towels. At a recent stay my car was hit management could not give me a license plate! So it's safe to say it's NOT safe. I was bummed?

Security didn't know where rooms were and followed people after room was paid for. He knew the room was paid for because he was present during the transaction and when the key was given. Won't be back and DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

Reserved queen smoking, told they have no queen smoking only 2 queens and charged $15.00 more, Guess they don't know what an upgrade is? Not my fault their system is wrong. Room was okay. Won't be back.

Dirty linens and dirty clothes from previous guests were still in room. There was next to nothing for the breakfast. Beds were hard as concrete. Floors were filthy. Other guests were loud at 3am.

I don't know pre paid on Priceline than they wanted $100 deposit when I Arrived so I never went into a room I feel like hotels that require a deposit should pre-warn people so they will be prepared

Cool. But the shower water pressure wasn't a good as the sink? Nice location, especially with "Munchies Bar & Restaurant" practically in the parking lot!
