This bank is an absolute embarrassment to all of PNC. Highly recommend going to the Whitehall location where customer service is 10/10. I'm not sure why the employees here cant seem to do their jobs correctly or even seem to care.

VP Lisa Fravel gave us muddled, conflicting directions as to the requirements of cashing out a CD, then she refuses to answer her phone. Never do business with PNC Bank.
