Nail by Ali is definitely 10 steps up from your traditional nail salons. They took my vision and created a design that exceeded my goals. The nail technicians are extremely friendly and patient. We have without a doubt found the best nail technicians in Ohio!! Phenomenal!!

Ali is the sweetest person I have ever met and on top of that one of the most talented nail artist I have ever seen! Her stuff is fire! On top of that she is a phenomenal listener!

My tech was Ali. I don't get my nails done really. Maybe once a year on my bday. I looked at her style seat and Instagram before I went. First off her greeting was terrible. The first person I saw upon arrival was another tech on the front left side. I stood for about a minute then the tech asked who I was here to see. Since I had never laid eyes on the tech I booked I told her the name. Low and behold she was standing at the back in plain view the whole time. Even turned her head when I walked in. I waved and she said you can go ahead and wash your hands. Off rip just kinda rude. My tech was not personable at all. I mean zero conversation but jumped on the phone with her man for the whole 1.5 hrs no hesitation. I showed her a pic if a classic shirt colored acrylic set from her Instagram that she did. Still didn't get what I really wanted. She left a ball of acrylic under one nail that I know where saw because she looked under the nails, she did not use the acrylic color I asked for and by the time I realized she was 2 fingers in, nails were longer than I wanted thus more expensive than they should have been and the shapes were not on point. Also my left hand nails were longer than the right even though she lined them up against each other. All in all I will not be back.

Went their for simple gel manicure on short nails. My nails look like 5 year old baby did the service for me. So crazy unprofessional!!! My service was poor, even if the tech Antonie was nice, she needs more training. Never will be backService: Gel manicures
