The salesman, David I believe, was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I'm debating on which mattress I should purchase from Mattress Firm.Edit: I just purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm, the salesman explained everything perfectly. If the owner sees this, I purchased the mattress through the link that was on the bed itself, not knowing that David would not get credited for his hard work. Thanks, I will definitely be returning to your store in the future.

Nathen did not represent a positive experience. He rang up the wrong mattress. When he fixed his error he overcharged for the correct one. Then he swore at me for asking why. He was frustrated with the computer, and blamed that on me too. He was obviously having a bad day.
