If there was 0 stars, that's exactly what I would give this store. The management is terrible, unexcusable. For what day act like they can do and what they actually do for the customers. Tim acted completely lost during a transaction and for sure, as long as I've been frequentin the store. I know, for sure he's been here over 20 years. Not only just at this location which is opened 5 years ago, he acted like he did not know what to do just because of his short sense of patience and act like not to do something right by the customer as if he would get fired, which in those acts. Someone like that should be fired. Considering that he made one customer wait 45 minutes for $3.75 to be paid to where for sure, I know, krogers would have even appreciated that he'd taken care of the issue instead of holding up the line with that being said. A young lady by the name of Gaby, who's, I'm pretty sure, has not been there for that long. Knew exactly what to do and resolve the issue in a fashionly manner.
The store leader was completely lost as well, there should never be a grocery store, such as Kroger's. Was someone not to know how to do every single step? That makes the transaction smooth, and I mean, every single thing 'cause I'm certain that krogers pays well and takes care of their employees well enough to give them the tools to make transactions go smooth. Tim, if I had four thumbs, I would give you four thumbs down

Went to store on Sun, 8/18 & bought ground turkey. I usually check my dairy dates but neglected to check date on meat. The package said to "use or freeze by 8/10/24 - more than a week after I bought the meat!!! Well needless to say that it wasn't frozen so this Kroger's is selling old meat!!! I did a survey and someone named Michelle responded that she was sorry and that I could pick up a gift card at Customer service. When I went there today, the people at the Customer service desk were of no use and just claimed they didn't know about any gift card. Stay away from this store, or at least check all dates. This store needs an inspection and new management!

After dealing with a store assioate named Michelle and her not wanting to understand or comprehend English after repeating myself 3 times 4th time I was annoyed and agrovated she wanted to get an attitude with me and threaten not to make good on the pick up managers word I will never enter this place of business again as soon as I leave this desk Sunday August 18th 2024 6:47 p.m and if I don't hear from a store manager before the next time I'm near the store I will walk in and confront the store manager in person with everyone to see while I record it

The store itself is clean, well stocked, easy to navigate. Some of the customers, however, are oblivious to those around them, rude or just plain dumb.

The customer service is great. The cashiers are friendly too! They had everything I needed and more! I managed to get to the register and noticed I had forgotten my debit card at home... had to go old school on them and write a check! My cashier was sweet and was able to get it taken care of. Lol

I have been using store pickup off/on since the pandemic in 2020. Initially the service was amazing. Unfortunately for the last 6-12 months the pickup service has gotten pretty bad. I have to constantly return items , which defeats the purpose of pickup. They don’t pay attention to the items that they pick. My fruits and vegetables be rotten, other items at times are expired or in bad packaging. I picked up an order today and now will have to go back to return items including a batch of strawberries that are rotten. Please train your shoppers on picking sufficient items for the customers.

I've used Kroger's grocery pick up for the last 4 years since COVID started And I absolutely love it. But the best part is working with Katie Jo back in grocery pickup. That lady is a ray of sunshine everyday, she knows who I am, She greets me every time, And her customer service skills are impeccable!!! She deserves a raise immediately. People like Katie Jo are not only the best part of Kroger's, but the best part of the world!
