Would give them 0 stars if I could. I only use the pharmacy and it is terrible. I chose this location because I’m in a wheelchair and drive thru pick up makes my life much easier. Drive thru is almost never open and pharmacy is always understaffed. They send a text saying prescriptions are ready and I get here and they are on back order. This has happened several times. CVS across the street, I’m switching!

I have only lived here a few months, but I have always filled prescriptions at Kroger pharmacies. I will never ever go back to this one again. I couldn't hear the person in the drive thru because he was talking too quietly, so I decided to go inside. I was immediately met with hostility by another person because I came inside. He cut me off as I was explaining why I was confused to let me know he already went over my file. I got upset, because I didn't understand what was happening, and the person talking to me inside was immediately dismissive and defensive instead of helpful. When I started walking away, this person proceeded to yell across the store that I should probably call my doctor. That is a horrible thing to do to someone who is out of their medicine for cPTSD and anxiety disorder. I understand having a bad day, but that specifically was unacceptable. Especially working with people and their medicine.

Recently transferred my prescriptions to this Kroger pharmacy. The staff have been kind & super helpful.

There is one guy who work there in pharmacy. His name is Thomas he is very racist specially for Nepali and other countries people. I will not recommend to go there.

Do NOT use this pharmacy under any circumstances. They are impossible to get on the phone if you have a question. Their customer service is abysmal.

Great selection and grocery store as a whole, but horrible staff. Every single time my husband goes there in the early mornings, the self check-out worker is extremely rude to him because my husband has a lot of groceries. Literally every time my husband comes home and tells me that he was rude again. Where else is he supposed to go other than self check-out!? There is no line open! Then he rudely tells him to go wait at a register and he has to wait 5 minutes for someone to come and help just for that person to complain about having to put stickers on the milk jug that it was paid for because he doesn't want it bagged. Learn some customer service skills.

Erin (the pharmacist) was very disrespectful and rude. I was on the phone with my doctor's office to confirm about another prescription. My turn came up and i moved forward to the desk and Erin said "get off the off". I can understand maybe she thought i was talking to a friend or a call that can wait but there is a better way to address an issue. What she said was very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not expect this kind of behavior from a "pharmacist". She seems like she hates what she does! It's so sad to see. I'm unhappy with my experience!

Kroger needs to try harder to be a place where people want to work. I spent two hours repeatedly calling the pharmacy today to just be hung up on after 2-3 rings. The pharmacy was being run by one pharmacist and one very rude tech.

I've tried for 2 days straight (at many different times of day) to speak to someone in the pharmacy. They will not answer the phone. I expect better service than this!
