Whenever I called this pharmacy whoever answers the phone is extremely rude doesn’t matter what day or time I call. I asked “Margie” if she could tell me how much a prescription would be and she told me there’s no point in telling me due to them being out of stock that wasn’t the question I asked. Never have had a good customer service experience here before.

I don’t tend to do this but customer service was non-existent tonight. I called twice trying to find out how much a medication was going to be and whoever answer the phone was not in the mood. She was very rude and short. Unfortunately I never got my answer and was told to just call tomorrow.

JoAnn was extremely condescending. I have no idea how there process works. I was told by my dentist if I bought the paperwork about my prescription they could have it as soon as I got there. Of course they didn’t. And when I asked if it’s in the back she said “do you know how many other people I have to see today”. No JoAnn I don’t. Cause I don’t work there. I appreciate that their busy. But all I ask is that there’s a level of professionalism. As per usual a person hired whoShouldn’t be working that job. Learn how to interact with the people you’re paid to serve.

⭐⭐SHOUT OUT TO TUNISIA⭐⭐!!!I had a gap in insurance coverage, and couldn't spend thousands of dollars on my medications, so I could only afford one of them. Tunisia worked and worked on her computer trying different things and discount programs for me and I was able to get all of my medicine. I know she was busy but she took her time to try to find me a coupon code to lower each price tremendously. She is very patient and caring. Thank you Tunisia, your kindness is truly appreciated. You are a blessing and an ? angel to your customers.

Don't get me wrong. I love the pharmacist there but it seems like the staff quality has dropped quite a bit. I don't understand what's going on over there people, hung up on me, their tone of voices sounds rude. I am really thinking about leaving. I don't want to but the attitudes of some of these employees is making real mad. Do they even like their jobs?

Very pleased with the freshness of produce and dairy. So far, what I have bought remains good well past the sell by date. Peppers remain crisp, bags of prepared salad are fresh. Watermelon and pineapple are sweet. And this krogers has a HUGE selection of ice cream including UDF and Jenis.

Limping in to the as I had just left the hospital from a procedure, and in a lot of pain I noticed there weren't any carts available. There was an employee that was pushing a smaller cart with the small hand, held baskets in yet. So I asked him if I could have it, he paused for a moment and said " I'm using it ". He didn't say anything after that, and neither did I. Still stunned I was treated with total disrespect. However, I will say at this location there are only a handful of kind employers. Maybe that explains the high turnover. But, the gentlemen working the meat/seafood dept are outgoing and eager to assist. Oh and might I add, as I was checking out I noticed my salad was slimy....so in pain I had to limb back over to produce dept to retrieve another one. What the heck is wrong with the store?

I'm definitely switching pharmacies and they probably won't care anyway because that's one less they will have to do. I get 1 prescription filled here every month on the same day and its like pulling teeth to get it. I was told one time over the phone and then they change it. No flexibility on their part whatsoever. I'll be switching after today. The money I save isn't worth the attitude I have gotten on numerous occasions. I'll go pay more where the people are nice and don't treat me like a number. I have had this problem with other Kroger pharmacies also. Not just this one.

It's hard to give a review on a place you've reviewed at another location. Suffice it to say that Kroger never lets me down when it comes to items being in stock. If you're used to shopping at another location, be prepared for a deviation from the norm. I'm so used to the two locations nearest my home, that I got a bit confused in here. At least now I know which entrance to use when I walk in because I'm lazy! Plus points for the cashier, who was extremely pleasant!

If I could give a negative rating I would. EVERYTIME I come here there's are ZERO registers open. You have to wait in a 30 minute (no exaggeration the lines go half way through the store) line just to have to wait even longer for an employee because their systems never work. Really frustrating trying to run errands and the employees are all standing around with their thumb up their asses and refuse to open more registers.

This is one of the best Kroger's in Columbus. They have great produce. The store is always well stocked. The employees are very nice and they do a great job of keeping the store clean.
