THEY SELL LEMONS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!

First of all John told me himself that they have no way of chkn for leaks or any other issues because they DO NOT HAVE A LIFT. So John is basically buying cars from the auctions and reselling them w/out chkn for leaks or any other issues that could be found if on a lift.
I purchased/financed a 2013 Chevy Travers. Before I officially purchased the car John did tell me to bring it back because of the popping noise which I was told it was the struts. I decided that was nothing major and that I'll get that fixed being a used car I knew some regular maintenance would be expected. BUT I didn't notice the leaks till after I financed the car and had leak spots on my garage floor. Days later I noticed leak spots on my garage floor and the car makes a knocking noise when sitting/ideling. I've been in touch with John just about every day since I've had the car. I've had it looked at professionally 3 times and all three times it has been diagnosed with a transmission and engine leak. I was told by Ateam transmissions that there wasn't a transmission leak but the transmission leak was confirmed by Firestone. They literally let me stand under the car while it was lifted and showed me both points of the leak. The engine leak is in the main rear seal and no one will touch it...everywhere I've taken it has told me that only a Chevy dealership can fix that issue. It's gonna cost me more to fix it than what I paid/financed it for. I've asked John to either deduct the cost of repair from the balance or let me swap the car for another one. I've been in touch w/the finance company and they said John could do an even trade but John won't. John keeps saying they're nothing wrong with the car and that it doesn't have leaks. So everyone's lying but John. They are not inspecting their cars....they're just buying them from the auctions and then reselling them. John had his mechanic look at my car "supposedly" and without getting my permission they put JB weld on my transmission....I didn't find out until I took it to get chkd at a transmission shop. They told me the weld was on there. I asked John if they put that on there and John confirmed they did. Now I have another potential issue w/this car. They should not have put that on my transmission without chkn with me first. John won't practice decency and good business ethics because he don't want the junk he sold me.... John literally said he don't want it back even tho he could take it to the auction and resell it. Told me it's my problem now! John said to take it to a new car lot and trade it in instead of honoring his sells. John said my car my problem now....PERIOD! If I could afford a new car loan I wouldn't have come to John's lot. You'll see on images that the leaks are getting worse and I still have 45 day tags on my car!!! In the video I offered to give John more money just to show the public what kind of business man he is. I offered $500 John said give him $1,000 to trade for another lemon. He's an opportunist! I never planned on giving him anymore money because I shouldn't have to. I gave him $2k for the lemon he sold me and it's not worth what he sold it to me for. John has no business integrity AT ALL!

Best car shopping experience possible. I’ve been searching cars online for months and decided to stop in JC’s on a whim. The entire process including a test drive took under 1 hour. He’s an honest guy selling good cars. He didn’t try to scam me with fees, it was simple and affordable. And he gave me a cold Mountain Dew during the paperwork process. Haha. My new teen driver is ecstatic!

Bought a car from jc auto and 3 months later it gave me a load of problems. (Chevy Malibu 2013) The timing chain was stretched and broke. The cause being from previous owner now it needs a new engine as well. I had no idea this car was damaged when I bought it. Stay. away from this place. Seems like they just wanted to make a quick buck. That's $4000 down the drain.

Please Beware. Looking for a car for my teenage son. I purchased my first car 20 yrs ago from him decided I would go check him out. Owner begins to yell because we found issues with his vehicle because I took my mechanic to overlook before purchasing because dealerships love to get over on women. mind you I don't mind paying for normal wear and tear but when he attempts to cover up major mechanical issues. Bad Customer Service. Bad Dealer. I only gave it a star to write review

My experience there was great. I test drove the Cadillac SRX and could find no problems with it. I later returned after completing research on other car lots and bought the SRX. The gentleman was knowledgeable, who disclosed where he bought it from and it's history. Then reached into his pocket and gave me $20 for gas! How cool was that! It goes without saying I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a vehicle to drive.

I personally just wasn't satisfied with the super high miles on the vehicles and the prices the wanted for them!! I wouldn't buy I car from here if I had a choice.

I just had an absolutely terrible experience there I was asking basic questions about oil and stuff like that some salesman walked up and was extremely rude with us slamming the hood and saying the truck isn’t for sale I was very disappointed.
