Brought my iPhone in to be fixed that the screen was shattered, he called and stated that the screen wasn’t working that he needed more time. I gave him the time and in the store it worked, and the iPhone worked for a day and than all of a sudden the screen went black and can longer use that phone. I tried to call and did not get an answer.

I took my XS Max in to get a battery change. When I left my phone with him everything was functioning. When I got it back, none of my buttons on the left side of the screen would work. I took it back and he refused to accept the responsibility. Told me to take it to apple. What he doesn’t tell you is that if you get an off brand battery no one who is apple certified will touch it after. Do not recommend.

I thought my crushed phone screen was damaged beyond repair. I took my phone in and it was fixed in about 1 hour like new! Great work, customer service, and very fast!

My phone had been run over and did not have insurance. As it was Sunday, I frantically tried to locate a repair shop. Searched online and found ifixandrepair in Reynoldsburg, just inside Walmart. Just around the corner from where I was. Got there about 25 minutes before they closed for the day. The young man verified they had replacement parts available (Samsung factory replacement) and although he was getting ready to close, he said he would get it repaired on the spot. Left to do some quick shopping. Came back at 5 minutes before closing and it was done.....! Works like new and looks great. Awesome customer service!
