“Room was super clean. I got the jacuzzi suite, they have reasonable prices. Breakfast was good too, lots of options unlike other hotels with the grab n go. “The concept of this hotel-brewery that's dog friendly is so awesome! The rooms are very trendy with record players and in shower beer fridge. The layout of the hotel with rooms opening to the Barrell room and grounds with walking paths around the ponds are great as well. The morning beermosa was super good!The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because the lack of employees is noticeable with lack of direction. The employees you do see are very helpful and nice. But the hotel and restaurant seem to be short staffed and you have to find someone to help you.Also the dog park and grounds are a cool concept but need some attention. The dog poo bags were empty and looked like they had been for some time, which means no one picks up after there dog.Would recommend especially for a dog friendly unique stay and everything in one spot!”

“Probably the nicest hotel room i have ever stayed in, also note this is the very first time i have ever written a review and i have stayed in hotels all over the country this time i felt the need to write a review because of how nice this room is.Haven’t had the free breakfast yet so can’t comment on that but you will have no complaints about the room!!!”

“The room is extremely large & spacious. A comfortable bed & couch, full stocked kitchen & even a closet. For the price alone you get so much! Along with great channels :) you can’t hear anything from other rooms. You can open the windows which is awesome for fresh air.
The AC isn’t in the best but it certainly try’s. Along with you only get 2 towels so I would ask for some extras when checking in.
Other than that great value & great stay.
Safe location & polite front desk. I was very satisfied with my stay.”

“SERVICE & CHECKINRemarkable concierge!Norma was an MVP employee & made this my favorite Sonesta checkin experience of the year (bay area Sonestas are underperforming heavily on this).Parking is available on site & they accept Tap payment.Other staff members were equally friendly-- they actually greet & smile!Room for improvement: It was a lengthier process than most hotels + required manual paperwork to complete. Early checkin also comes with a fee.LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORSThe mini library near the elevators was a nice touch. Transitions need some work: guest floors had an odor, the carpet was stained, & all the sanitizing dispensers were empty. This building has seen some things; it's an adjustment for sure...ROOMyoutu.be/xC1uY7BNnRABrown, brown, and MORE browns~The color palette is uninspired & doesn't offset the heavily worn interior. Still, there a lot to appreciate.Strengths: lots of storage, open space, work desk, ergonomic seating, & adequate overhead lighting.There was a flight odor, but functional windows took care of that.The leather Recliner was also a treat.BEDIt did what it was supposed to. No lasting impressions & no complaints.BATHA medium-sized bathroom, with a surplus of towels! They're a bit thin & on the smaller side, but the quantity makes up for it.The combination shower had excellent water pressure & bath products were pre stocked. Ventilation was also strong.TV & ENTERTAINMENTDated on the entertainment center, featuring a ~40" mounted Panasonic SD TV. Despite the wear & tear, everything was functional.NOISEIt was an extremely quiet environment, nicely tucked away from through-traffic. There was awfully loud ceiling work/maintenance during my stay which was really unpleasant.LOCATIONLots of access within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & transit.VERDICTWhat they lack in luster, they make up for in sincerity. The building is overdue for modernization & from what I can tell they are actively working on it. It's a decent stay if you're optimizing for function.Looking forward to a renovation here.3.5/5”

“The place was great. To me it was quiet and relaxing. The acting manager was great. With any place there will be minor things because everyone doesn’t follow the rules especially no smoking. I did smell cigarettes and weed. That is hard to police. I give two thumbs up!Rooms: They were quite sufficient for my needs. The wi-fi was good. Great cable selection. Would consider living there.Food & drinks: There were some nice restaurants nearby and plenty of fast food available.”

“KIMBERLY the front desk representative was AMAZING!!!! She was pleasant every time I interacted with her, which were several times regarding food and location of different places. I initially called the front desk for information regarding breakfast and from that time on she addressed me by name.I did not have a vehicle so she was so gracious in accommodating me for food and pointing me in directions that I could walk. I did not have to even give her my name again, she immediately remembered our call and just was so pleasant to interact with and soooooo very helpful not just with me but I witnessed her interacting with other guests.I must also say every employee I ran across in this hotel treated me and was very kind.”
“I’ve been at this place for about three months now and the managers the workers are polite their respectful they’re even nice to my kids. They even call them into the office and give them candy and say hi to them and talk to them! It’s a very well clean place and I enjoy staying here.”

“Overall, good stay. Great price. Noisy room, but the AC/Heat unit had a fan that I was able to keep on all night to drown that out. Could have been cleaner in the public access areas. Night clerk was very friendly and accommodating!”
