Bought new car from here. Had mechanic add new servo which was installed incorrectly as there were several issues immediately. Brought back to have fixed and was told it was broken and they would not replace it. Cost me 130 dollars plus 30 dollars of labor. Would not come here again. Would not recommend this shop or (Jacob) the “mechanic”. Instead of rectifying the problem and keeping a customer, they decided to screw me over and lost mine and my fathers future business. Very rude and non existent customer service. Unable to answer nearly any questions about the cars or parts that will fit them. No idea when things will be ordered or if they even will be ordered. Go anywhere else but here. Seems to be a trend of poor customer service and lack of knowledge about the hobby. They definitely don’t learn from past mistakes as these negative reviews date back from years ago.

Fantastic folks and service. They have a little of everything (model kits, trains) with a heavy RC emphasis. I liked that the people there were most interested in getting what you needed rather than what made them the most money. I hope this place sticks around; hobby shops keep closing and this is a good one.

Nice space with good variety of products. I only came for the gunpla, but if the variety is the same in all areas, it is pretty great. Service was good, with employees being available throughout the store, and even with bilingual service.

My husband and I came in from Canton, for his birthday. We were in search of Gunpla, and were treated amazingly! Great employees, great selection, and reasonable prices. We will be back for sure!

The staff here are very rude and pretentious. My husband went into the store to get information about RC cars and car parts and he was really excited to buy some parts for his car but the staff just weren't interested. One was building his own car and completely ignored him and the other pretty much blew him off and didn't answer his questions. We were planning on spending a couple hundred dollars in here and now not only didn't we buy anything, we won't be coming back. If you don't want customers, lock the door.

The staff here are friendly and very willing to help. A good portion of products have a decent markup, so do be aware when looking. Selections for just about every hobby are here so if you're curious, stopping in is recommended!

I’ve been looking for the USS Arizona for several years. Nobody seem to have it at the other hobby stores up around campus. Now they’re completes all US battleships that were at Pearl Harbor on December 7. I’m also in interested in the CB battleships that were built near the end of World War II I believe it was the USS Alaska was a CB one which was supposed to be a half battleship half heavy cruiser to deal with the Japanese heavy cruisers/battleships. My daughter wants to come up there so she can see what they are and get me the Alaska and they didn’t have the CB2 but I think they had the CB three and also the HMS Hermes , the British aircraft carrier to get them for Father’s Day and possibly my birthday
