Went to look at a white Honda accord it was covered in overspray white/grey paint the muffler had white paint on it chunks missing from the tires something very fishy going on here I opened the hood nothing but black grime and brown spots everywhere the motor sounded horrible on startup like the timing guides were worn out and ran like it had never had an oil change or any mechanical maintenance at all claimed to have replaced the brakes but I checked before walking in and they were old, but the kick was when I told this man all the problems this car had he said “you didn’t even drive it” this place is a waste of your time if your looking for a good car.

I got a car from Kay in November he had issues that he promised me he would fix. Told me to bring the car back I did he held my car for two weeks never did a thing. I asked for a car to use for work since he had my car for some time he wouldn’t consider that. So he told go ahead ad drive to work bring it back the following week he would take care of the situation never answered are returned calls can’t leave a voice mail with him he knows exactly what he is doing to people. I told him I was going to the actual dodge dealership for a diagnostic cause that’s what I always do when buying a car he said fine. I did that bring him the paper work that showed cylinder 5 misfire internal engine failure.. he had my car this time for a month now and not a thing has happened. His mechanic told me himself that there machine don’t read all of the codes and that he was basically guessing on the work.. Kay was paid in full 4 thousand out of my pocket and the rest from kemba . I’m tryin everything in my power to not get in trouble cause of this guy. If I could give below zero stars I would I advise any and everybody to stay away don’t give him your money he is a scheme unprofessional and very bad customer service. I pull up every day no one there scam artist..

Buyer Beware. My bad experience started when they pushed me off for a week before letting me look at a vehicle. The communication during this whole buying process was horrendous. They wouldn't answer the phone, return texts, and would take days to respond to their FB Marketplace messages. They actually told me they weren't open on the weekend. If the van I was interested in wasn't so appealing I would have quit trying at this time. I knew they were lying, but I couldn't figure out why. Then I tried to set up a meeting for Monday, they instead wanted to schedule for Wednesday. I got a ride to drop me off so I didn't have to deal with two vehicles on the property. I showed up to the meeting at noon and no one was in the office. The whole place was locked up. I waited outside in the sun for over two hours before anyone showed up. At this point I was told the van was on the lift next door getting a brake job. I waited until nearly 4:30 PM for the work to be completed. I am starting my own business and the only way to earn more money is with a much larger vehicle. The 2002 Dodge van I was looking at had low miles but was pretty old so I expected to have some cosmetic and mechanical work to do. I also expected them to sell me safe transportation. I purchased the van for $6200 in AS IS condition, but the engine had less than 54,000 miles and the body seemed to be in pretty good shape. At this point I hadn't learned the body and frame had been "repaired" with house siding, several license plates, and a huge amount of filler. (see the pics) I took my 9 year old son with me on a delivery the second day I owned the van. He told me he didn't feel safe and didn't want to ride in the van anymore after we returned home. I decided I should have a professional check the vehicle out. I took it to the Liberty Dodge dealership down the street from me in New Albany to get an inspection. They told me the frame was rusted out and was not safe to drive and that the tires were dry rotted. I couldn't even get Walmart to change the tires. The wheel lugs had either been cross threaded or bolts had rusted on, on every wheel. Walmart told me an autobody shop would have to cut them off in order to get new tires. So I took the van to Rife's Autobody in Westerville to get an ideal of what it would cost to repair. Rife's said it would take a new frame (which they couldn't locate in North America) and about $12,000. So they couldn't even do the work if they wanted to. They gave me my report and told me the same thing Liberty did, the vehicle was not safe to drive. I immediately contacted Go Auto Max, doing business as NuCars.us and NuKars.com. I was told the owner of the company was in the hospital and their was no one left who could make any decisions to help me. This went on for days. Finally the salesman asked to see the reports from Liberty and Rife's as well as any pictures of the rust. So I sent it to him. His response would be laughable if it wasn't so pathetic. I was told these companies were just out to make a buck and couldn't be trusted. I was told based of the information I provided they wouldn't do anything for me. The dealership refused to take the vehicle back and refund my money. I am left with a van I can't drive, a business I can't grow, and an inability to buy a different vehicle because I have too much capital consumed in this vehicle. I'm loosing money because they can't take a loss. I was willing to give them a pass on their honesty at first because I didn't know if they got a shady report from their mechanic. I mean, it was on lift when when I got there, and their mechanic had to have seen the state of the frame, right? Seeing as how they have treated me so far I'm guessing they new exactly what they sold me. So at this point I don't trust their Honor or their Integrity. They are just a shady organization. I have filed a complaint with the BBB which they ignored. I also filed a complaint with the state At

Do not but any vehicle from here I repeat to not! Other than one mechanic (Rick) the customer service is horrible. Cars here are just patched over there don’t fix the actual problem wrong with the car then they keep trying to charge you more for run around fixes that have nothing to do with your issue. Stay away from this place and the owner his name is Kay.

This place will get in you in trouble! Imma control my temper and take it up with an attorney. They sold me a car in which I know for a fact that the engine was bad from a source at the shop. It broke down on the highway. They've had it since July 1st. The warranty was approved July 9th to do the work and i'm writing this review on July 25th. Everyday it's a different excuse and I still have not gotten it back yet. I'll be calling the finance company tomorrow and let them know why I haven't paid it and with the attorney's advice , hopefully will be giving it back. Trying to keep from getting locked up behind this place. No stars, have to click at least 1 to post. STAY AWAY! SELLING JUNK!
