Fantastic staff and service. Not only are they responsive with tour claim or vehicle every step of the way, they go way out of their way to fix any issues that pop up.

I had a very unique issue involving a clip to secure my door panel. The dealerships said the clip was not available and that I needed to order the entire panel. The panel is on a 6-7 month back order and costs $480.00. I stopped at Fine Line to see what other options I had. They took the broken clip off and within minutes returned with a new clip. It was installed in minutes!!! The employees I spoke with were very nice and knowledgable and showed genuine concern for my issue. Really nice to know there are still companies around who care. THANX.

100% recommend this place!! Someone rear ended my car, so I called around and took my car to a few places. I decided to go with Fine line and I'm so glad I did. They were able to get me a rental that was there waiting on me the day I dropped off my car. They told me it should take a week (other places quotes 2 weeks). They actually fixed it in less than that. The made sure to update me the whole way. The entire process was very seamless. I picked up my car and it looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was very much appreciated. Thank you Juan and all of the crew that worked on my car!

Omg the two guys at fine line auto body are gems ! This is the second time for me at fine line Brice Rd and I’ve been amazed , and satisfied at the customer service and job each time ! First time my car was stolen and they did an amazing job with the repair . This time my seatbelt wouldn’t latch and I bought it in and they repaired it on the spot ! I will always take my car here for repairs because I know they will take care of me . I highly recommend.

FineLine Autobody staff are very people friendly and very, very easy to work with.
In the past few months, FineLine Autobody has earned my repeat business three times.
I have had hail damage, rear-end, and major supplement work that the insurance company initially missed, that FineLine found.
Each time i walk thru their door, the staff greets me with respect. They never have me waiting, nor ask me make an appointment, nor asks me come back latter. They will start your estimate right away!!!
