Serves at Taylor road fifth third bank is terrible I went there 5 times so they can make my payment automatic and they never made it automatic don’t ever go there I hate it.

Uninformed staff who doesn't know the policy's of the company they work for. Have been told to come back 3 different times now over the course of two weeks. Each time I come in on the date given it's changed again and pushed farther ahead. All I'm trying to do is withdraw my own money. Don't waste your time at this location or bank on general. Will be leaving as soon as possible.

I have had a car loan with Fifth Third for four years. I've found their online access to be easy to use. I was easily able to set up online payments and change information when needed. I've had zero issues with the loan or payments for the last four years. The rate was also great.

Wow!! Do they hire only those with terrible customer service at this location or do they train everyone to be that way. Their responses to questions/inquiry, facial expressions, tone and more is just the worst. That's why, although I've been with 5th 3rd the longest and only because it's our joint account, when it came time to open a business account, I chose Huntington; they treat u like you're the most important person.I try to avoid this 5th 3rd location but every now and then, it's my only choice when I'm pressed. But I regret it, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Very worse location and poor customer service overall. People who works at this location discriminate looking at ur ethnicity.Mortgage officer was one of the biggest lier who don’t even know how to deal with customers at all. Front worker don’t have any ideas how to greet and don’t even have idea about banking. I wonder how this people get job here. Worse bank ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location.

Poor service. I have a mortgage with them and I had some issues which required me to speak to an agent. I waited 13 minutes listening to a recording saying, "we are sorry for the delay." only for the recording to abruptly end with "the call center is closed". Additionally, 5/3's website advertises: "Our Customer Service Professionals are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 9 PM (EST) and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM (EST)." This is flat-out untrue. Three times I have called at 4:30 PST only to hear "the call center is closed". I am re-financing for better mortgage rates with another bank and hopefully better service than 5/3.

Photo ID required to make a payment? Seriously? In what world does that even make sense? Not to mention I waited 10 minutes and there was only one other customer in the bank.

Really worst customer service ppl. Waiting for call back from month and when I call them they say banker will call back. Plan to change my account to other back.
