I recently visited this FedEx store to ship
some overnight mail for work, and I have to say, my experience was great thanks to Oscar. From the moment I walked in, Oscar was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. He answered all my questions with a level of knowledge, patience and professionalism. Not only was he knowledgeable about the services, but he was also personable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Because of Oscar's exceptional service, this FedEx location will now be my go-to for all my shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend!

I walked in a little bit after 2:15pm today (7/1/24), and was met with smiling faces and kind representatives ready and willing to help!! I came in to print some items on 11x17 paper and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did they quickly help me, they also educated me on the process to print on my phone by myself.
I will be back to this location soon for more prints!

Today I needed a rush job and the manager on duty was so wonderful to complete the work for me! If I could tip her big money I would have. Walking in to customer service that is over and beyond is so rare these days in retail. She was pleasant and refreshing the whole time I was there. Training a new employee, taking care of customers with language barriers, and checking on me was awesome ❤️. FedEx she needs a raise hands down! I'll definitely be back to this store.

I visited this FedEx location several times a week, dropping off large boxes, and I've never had any issues. The service here is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend this FedEx location for all your shipping needs!

Chelsea was a great help she deserves a huge raise. I came in New Year’s Eve 2023 she helped me every step of the way. I didn’t know how to print or scan anything but now I’m confident to be able to come in and do everything. If you do to this location, ask for Rick. The service he provides is a HUGE asset to Fedex. Helped me get an iPhone prepped for mailing. I really like feeling a valued customer.

On December 5, my son and I went to the office to ship a return and refuse receipt of a package. Rick was the customer service person who assisted us. Very professional and efficient. Thanks for the great service; wish your drivers had the same professionalism upon delivery.
