I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received. I recently paid $190 to ship three phones internationally through the company. However, I was never informed in advance about the additional fees and complications I would face.
When the package arrived, the recipient was asked to pay an unexpected $455 just to receive it. I had no prior warning about this, and I ended up covering the cost myself. On top of that, I later found out I would also need to pay an additional $50 per phone to the country’s communication ministry—something I should have been made aware of before shipping.
Had I known about all these extra charges and complications, I would not have chosen your service. The lack of transparency and communication caused me unnecessary stress and financial burden.
If I wanted to deal with all these issues myself, I wouldn’t have trusted a company to handle the delivery in the first place

They always have one person working so plan on waiting a long time to get anything done. Ridiculous how bad the service is here

I sent a package to my son today. The employee that always took care of my packages was not there. Somebody called VANYA assisted me. She was not nice at all. She make me feel that she was annoyed by me there.She did not greet me or smile anytime.I will make sure next time that she does not take care of my packages. Maybe because I work with customers I expected to be treated as I treat my customers. Mistake

There is a Hispanic woman in it with a very bad service attitude, as if I owe her millions. But the other girl's service attitude is very good.

I recently visited this FedEx store to ship
some overnight mail for work, and I have to say, my experience was great thanks to Oscar. From the moment I walked in, Oscar was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. He answered all my questions with a level of knowledge, patience and professionalism. Not only was he knowledgeable about the services, but he was also personable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Because of Oscar's exceptional service, this FedEx location will now be my go-to for all my shipping and printing needs. Highly recommend!

I walked in a little bit after 2:15pm today (7/1/24), and was met with smiling faces and kind representatives ready and willing to help!! I came in to print some items on 11x17 paper and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did they quickly help me, they also educated me on the process to print on my phone by myself.
I will be back to this location soon for more prints!
