They’re very slow and a couple of clerks are always asking what’s in your packages. I find that suspect when no other carriers even ask that question. Hmmm, Now why would I tell you what’s in my packages? FedEx y'all need to be monitoring your people. If anything comes up missing. I'm blaming you all.

They know nothing!! I went to track my order that was supposed to be delivered on the 4th and I provided my tracking number and was told I needed to have a case number to track my item! WTF I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING THAT IS SHIPPED BY FEDEX AGAIN!!!

This location is closed, all signage has been removed and the storefront is vacant. There is a for Lease Sign in the window.

Ghia and Chelsea at this location are incredible and go above and beyond for their customers. Ghia helped me link my profile to my shipping account- which is much harder than it sounds given FedEx's terrible website but Ghia sat on customer service for me for over a half hour to get my problem solved. Great team delivering great service, I was so thankful for them today.

The first time I visited the newer location after their move across the street, I was immediately turned off. The older location wasn't the greatest but there was still a level of customer service that kept me off of yelp reviews. The older gentlemen is fine, he helps the best he can, but the attitudes of the other two lady associates is very uncomfortable. One in particular, just tries her best not to help- very lazy and sassy. I was behind a customer one time and she was so rude to them, I offered to do their project for them- so she didn't have to touch it. The last few times I've went in there I went straight to the self help and went straight out, but I've since learned I can do what I need to at ups so I won't have to return to that location for my basic needs.

This is the new location on Brice Rd. I've been to this location now twice both times it's always the older gentleman checking customers out and a younger lady in the back . There has been a line everytime and she never stops to jump on a register. For a simple pick up order it took damn near 20 mins! The gentleman. Was nice however the lady ways seems to have an attitude.
