I’ll never use CVS, switching to Kroger asap. Second location that I’ve tried that fails to hire people, or offer a wage that allows them to keep a staff.

Terrible service. Refused to honor my appointment for vaccine booster even though I was in time. Said I needed to schedule a new appointment for tomorrow even though signs say walking welcome. Said it was for another location even though I pulled it up and confirmed the address.

I love CVS I have the extra care card which saves you $ and I pay 5$ for extra care and receive 10$ free to spend any way I see fit. You can also stack coupons. I bought 32$ with of items and paid under 6$, for everything including an electric beard trimmer. There prices without coupons are a little higher however your paying for convenience. If you use your coupons correctly you can clean up and save alot of $.

If i could give 0 i would. I am on a high dose antidepressant that makes me violently ill if i miss a dose. I was greeted by a young lady who was helpful, but soon after the manager Kristin I believe? Was extremely dismissive and condescending. I waited 2 hours to get one pill even though I requested a full refill, no apology or any desire to help the situation. Literally tried arguing with me on what medication I was on… when I don’t know her/ she isn’t my regular pharmacist or doctor.

Just had a horrible customer experience with the supervisor Anthony over something that could have been resolved much more professionally. There’s a reason this pharmacy has horrible reviews.

While in the area stopped by the Minute clinic it was nice, but the pharmacy told me they didn’t have my child’s meds… told me to wait until the evening to get it from store B near my house but when I finally got the “ready” text 4 hours later store B didn’t even have the meds in stock, turns out the pharmacy actually called my meds into store C which was over an hour away. Now my kid gets no meds for the night unless I’m willing to travel all the way back to this CVS cuz turns out they actually did have my kid’s meds the whole time.Lesson learned, never trying that pharmacy again. Even worse, they left me responsible to drive or call around and beg other stores to fill the script.

Changed pharmacy hours recently. Spent all morning in urgent care for severe ear infection. In lots of pain and just want to get my medications and go home. Arrive to CVS to find that they are closed, even though the website says they are open. Manager was zero help- just said “oh we just changed the hours effective today”. Only thing to let customers know are flyers in CVS. If I had known before, I could have sent my prescription to another pharmacy. No real care or concern for customers. Worst CVS I have ever been to. just to be warned- pharmacy does not open until 11am on Sundays now.

Placed online order at 4:30 pm for pickup. No update. Drove 30 minutes to store for it to be closed at 6:30. No info online about hours other than closing at 9. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient - not to mention gas prices and the money I just wasted.

I was profiled at 8467 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 by the cashier at this location because I had a return with a receipt. BEWARE of this location, the negative culture should not be rewarded.

My local CVS hasn’t had one of my crucial medications in stock for at least 3 months. I’ve transferred it out to be filled only to transfer it back in and have it not be available the next month. Then I had to transfer it out to a location that did have my medication. It happened again this month and it was transferred to the e main st, Reynoldsburg location.Well it turns out one of the previous locations (not my local) had an old prescription on file and started automatically filling it. When Reynoldsburg attempted to fill it the insurance declined.I attempted several times to call the other location to cancel it but after very long hold times and having my call mysteriously dropped, Lindsay at Reynoldsburg suggested I drive to the other location and cancel it in person. And she told me if I called back she’d rush the refill through for me.I went to the other location and canceled and as I was leaving I called Lindsay back and she said just drive to the store and she’d have it ready when I got there. And she did! I was able to get my meds the same day!I didn’t get to say thank you to her Bc she was busy when I got there and someone else checked us out. But in each of the multiple calls I made to her, she was kind caring and professional. Which I haven’t experienced at the other stores for a long time!

I usually pay at the machine to deal with no store assistants that might be very slow often. Today I was at the pharmacy with a sick kid who I had no choice but take with me. The lady at the cash register (about 60 +years old with purple beads on her neck, hair in a knot at the back of her head) obviously had no clue what she was doing when I asked her to use my care pass coupon. Well, finally she figured out. And when I saw my final price of 8$ instead of 18+ she says the screen is off. I have to go to another cash register which I did. But then she didn't know how to run my care pass coupon again, she asked for assistance but the other lady just said she had to run and I had no coupons left. I spent about 20 min with a kid at the cash register and spent twice more than expected because people who work there have no clue what they do.
