CVS Health offers a variety of services including coronavirus testing for eligible individuals in select states. Testing is available for anyone age 10 or older, with minors requiring adult supervision. Some locations provide lab testing and rapid testing, although high demand may lead to delays. Customers find CVS to be a reliable option for prescription pick-up and some medical products, though it is not always the most cost-effective choice for general purchases. Many shoppers appreciate the clear aisles and visible pricing, which makes it easier to find items. However, there have been issues with medication availability at some locations. One customer reported difficulties in obtaining a crucial medication, leading to multiple transfers between stores. Despite these challenges, the staff, particularly a helpful employee named Lindsay, provided exceptional service, ensuring that the customer received their medication the same day. Another customer praised a new employee named David for his knowledge and ability to save them money on a prescription. Overall, while CVS may not be the first choice for all purchases, the quality of service and helpful staff at certain locations can make a significant difference in the customer experience.
I’ll never use CVS, switching to Kroger asap. Second location that I’ve tried that fails to hire people, or offer a wage that allows them to keep a staff.

Terrible service. Refused to honor my appointment for vaccine booster even though I was in time. Said I needed to schedule a new appointment for tomorrow even though signs say walking welcome. Said it was for another location even though I pulled it up and confirmed the address.
