The young lady that serviced me has spectacular customer service.She's balanced between customers knowledgeable of her job as well as professional. Greeted me with a warm smile. Assisted every customer there politely.The best cricket store service experience so far.

Sonam Tamang is fast efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had me all hooked up with all my needs quickly. Although this is not my usual location because it is further from me, it is from now on. Call and call and call but still no answer decided to go up there and they blasting music it's no wonder they can't hear the phone ring they need to be fired and replaced with people who can answer the phone
