“I contacted Noah concerning my laptop not starting, the SSD was replaced, and laptop is now working very well. The replacement drive was upgraded although capacity was smaller than the original but better performance. My concern with capacity was addressed that if I ever run out of memory, the drive would be replaced to larger with no labor charge. There was focus on customer satisfaction and the repair was priced, $320, within reason considering what I paid for this gaming laptop.”

Terrible Service!!!
We ordered 26 TVs and 16 monitors and paid around 10 grand dollars on May 16th 2024. This store can't process this order well caused some technical problems of their side. So 13 TVs and 8 Monitors are disappeared from their side and these devices are never delivered. We went this store 2 times in the end of May and beginning of June in person. They always say they are working on that and just wait 1-2 days someone will call me back. Nobody have call me. I tried call them 100 times. On 17th June, I call them again and they ask me to pay around 5 grand dollars for the disappeared devices and told me they will refund this 5 grand dollars. Today is 20th June, nobody pickup my phone and all the call go to the company service line.”
