While I do understand that some reviews are negative, purely for the sake of being negative, I unfortunately agree with all these negative reviews. At the time of writing this review, I just left the drive thru ATMs, and both are down. The screen kept displaying that my pin is the wrong pin. Come to find out, one of the number buttons is actually broken, and upon even the lightest touch, it registers as two presses. I now have to call customer service to them unlock it. That's right; my card inactive. I can't use it AT ALL!
This is the first time in nearly 7 years that I came to this branch, and the last time wasn't a pleasant experience then, and this one is even less pleasant. I understand that 1 star reviews are incredibly damaging to companies, and very often lead to companies going out of business, but this is truly unacceptable for a bank. We as humans trust banks with our finances, and when we come to your bank branch, only to leave with having to call customer service to unlock our cards, due to y'all's branch being, well.... bad, that's really sad.
Exceptional customer service knows no particular person, and I say that to say, that I will not return to this branch again, and go elsewhere.

This bank discriminates against the elderly. Every customer should be treated with the upmost respect & given extraordinary customer service but this bank fails to do so. Shameful.

Just visited chase today to set up my bank account. I am a new chase employee and the only man there was booked on appointments. The teller was so polite and asked if I wanted to wait to see if his next appointment showed up and if not he could probably help me. The man came up to us after a short while and helped me he was so nice and polite. He opened my checking and savings account IN 10 MINUTES. He made sure I understood everything and put me at ease because I was a little nervous. He was so sweet and the teller as well.

Just visited there, the two African American ladies working in teller/customer service department really need to learn how to treat and talk with customer. Its employee’s like these who will seriously make you want to close the accounts and move your money to some other bank because of their attitude.If you don’t know how to treat and talk with the customers politely then you should not be working there.I have been to so many chase branches and always been treated well except for here.

Banker called off the same day of our appointment and never gave us notice. So we get there and the receptionist very rudly, let us know about it.
