I even asked if I needed extra length. They simply replied with the size and how to dress would measure with flats and heels. Very helpful! Roger was on top of this order constantly updating me after I purchased the dress and even before I made the purchase. They caught my error with the wear date which was EXCEPTIONAL.

I needed alterations on a BHLDN (Anthro Bridal store) wedding dress + a bustle added. Ohio does not have a BHLDN store, so I was a bit nervous as the stores in states where a BHLDN is located have alteration businesses selected who regularly work with their dresses. I was also concerned about having to bustle the dress on wedding day so Mary Ellen helped me to create a video to send to the individuals who would be assisting me that day.
