This BP is ridiculous. I can't count how many times I've pulled up, began walking up to the window ( doors are closed ) and the employee immediately put a sign up stating," Be back soon." or, "will reopen at 12:30pm.)
I've waited half an hour passed the time stated in the note to no avail.
Some of the employees have god awful attitudes along with rudeness.
it's just downright a smack in the face watching the employees, who clearly saw me pull up, throw up a sign in the window real quick. Obviously to avoid doing anything. I wouldnt be surprised if this BP goes bankrupt because of their jerks for employees. I'm surprised they're still open.

Walked in & was there a woman with gloves on working with food so I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes waiting for her to help me. I told her if she was too busy I could go across the street and she asked what I needed. I told her just a lighter. A second woman popped up from sitting behind the counter and handed me the lighter…Annoyed, I just said thanks and went on my way. No response. Lol terrible employees with terrible customer service.

Was on the motorcycle and stopped to use the bathroom, but I wasn't able to because the inside of the store was closed to the public.

My question is, when you have an order accepted by a driver it will give you the driver's name, so my question is , why is it that three times someone accepted my order they had a female name and it was a male that delivered it, when a driver accepts an order it should be that person that is ridiculous and very unsafe
