What stores becoming fulfillment centers you lose a lot of visibility on variety of products. If they've got it on the website and you'd really like to see it in person or have a physical person you could ask questions to you should go to the fulfillment center. There are a ton of actual people actually working that would be able to answer all the questions

Brought iPhone in for a battery replacement. Told ABI that I am on a time schedule and cannot wait all day for this to be done. So he goes in to my phone and disables everything, now I can't use it for an hour thanks to the time delay. He knew beforehand that this process alone would take 60 minutes. Try training your associates better.

Bought two big appliances from here for my new home that was under total renovation. They were delivered and installed 6 months before the home was complete. Not only did the installer not use the deluxe dishwasher kit we paid for, but they also did not take the old unit. It was never ran or tested until we moved in 6 months later. The dishwasher is completely damaged and does not shut. Bestbuy sent out a technician who stated it was an obvious issue from install and all the issues the installer caused! Down to using old lines and hoses even on the new fridge we bought! Now they’re refusing to fix, repair or remedy the situation so I’m now stuck continuing to pay for an unusable appliance that BEST BUY DAMAGED.

I came to see about geek squad as I have bought many large items from here. This store is setup differently. I got inline to see about getting assistance. There were 3 employees in the area NOT 1 bothered to say a word just looked and me and continued on. No other Best Buy store has ever treated me this inadequately. Will never come back. Should’ve stuck with the better one in grove city.

Bought an open box TV that was busted to hell. Looks like one of the workers ran into with a cart. Tried to return it at Grove City location and they told me I couldn’t. Finally had to get ahold of their customer relations. What terrible service they provide at the store.

Associates, seem dis connected at the service area I was there twice and only on the second trip did someone ask if I needed help.

They didn't have the item I wanted despite showing availability online for store pickup. It was challenging to get anyone's attention to help even though the store was empty. Just a bunch of guys chatting about football. Some clearly were helping with online ordering but most just couldn't be bothered. This feels like Circuit City right before they all closed.

Me and my mother went in for some last minute Christmas shopping and the customer service was great! Not only did the employee Eulice help us understand which PC would be best for our needs, he also went the extra step and helped make sure we would get products that would be delivered before Christmas Day.
