BestBuy has really went downhill. They make it impossible to even call them. Since their automated phone system doesn't have the reason I'm calling it just keeps putting me in loops. if I say I want to talk to a person, it just says "I know you want a person, but we want to get you to the right person, pick one of these" or "normally I would transfer you but they do not have any additional info". If I keep trying to get a person, it hangs up on me. When I called back and choose a random selection (since they don't have a option for what I needed) it transferred me to a call center not even in a BestBuy, after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes.
I'm not driving there to ask a question and since I already wasted 10 minutes trying to call them, I am going to go to a different store to make my purchase.
It's getting harder to see the things I want in person anyway, there are just pictures of them on cards that they go get if you want to buy. A lot of the larger items are no longer on display that I am interested. There is no advantage anymore to buy from them than just buy off the internet. There is no longer any reason to go purchase anything from the local store.
Next time I get the patience to call them, it will be to cancel my store card with them.

At Best Buy, there's appliances, phones, computer accessories, and more. They can keep track of warranties and purchases for you, which is especially useful when something happens. There's more than meets the eye to the benefits of the Total Care Plan in combination with their tech support. I highly recommend checking it out before passing it up. Each time I visit Best Buy, I am greeted, but more importantly, they also help guide me to where I need to go. Everyone is patient and helpful. Check it out for yourselves!

Got 2 phones to trade.
Racist employee asked me if my friend gave them to me?
What does that suppose to mean?
I showed the African lady receipt from Walmart.
Still refused to trade and lied about Best Buy no longer taking IPhone 12 mini while on their website still giving $430 for 12 mini trade in.
Worst customer service ever in my life!
Regret for spent 50000 at bb this year!

I visited Best Buy yesterday to pick up a replacement for my damaged cell phone. I can't say enough about the top notch service I received from my CSR Trevor. He spent almost two hours with me, configuring my new phone. He made sure all my contacts, pictures and apps we're transferred.
Highly recommended!!!
It's still great! They just didn't have the refrigerator we wanted.

I went in to buy a Bose sound bar for my TV. The one they had at my price point was not loud enough. So they hooked me up with the Vizio one for only $50 more. When I got it home, I realized it is a full surround sound system. It has a lot of settings and sounds good even turned up loud. They appear to be good quality speakers. I ended up with more than expected.

Best buy had what I needed and purchase complete in 5 mins, but the install was a nightmare! One of the guys was so rude and demeaning that I threatened to call the police if he didn't leave! The other guy and I completed the install! Waiting for a manager to call me back
Beware of whom to entrust in your home, never again!

Very helpful staff. Personable, knowledgeable, educates customers on what they're purchasing. Guided us to the best purchase for the purpose of the item we needed. We actually enjoyed going to the electronic store for once. A very worthwhile trip. Go see the fine friendly staff at Best Buy. We will be shopping there for any of our future electronics needs.
