My first time going to this shop was great. Friendly people and reasonable prices. They even took it upon themselves to patch my key up that had broken in half before I brought my car in. So I just wanted to say thank you and that I'd definitely recommend going here if you're looking for a solid car repair shop!

I had gone to Beanys for over twenty years but recently they acted unprofessional and untrustworthy. A part went missing on my car after the last time I was there (about a month ago, and under the hood), so I asked the new manager Glenn about it. He proceeded to gaslight me and literally argued with me that it ever existed to begin with. I have driven the car for eight years, so I know it was there, I used it several time a year in fact.
I do not believe he would have tried this crap with a man, nor would he call them "dear". When I emailed Kerri and mentioned the proof the part was still there, (the leftover rust spots where the part was), I discovered they sanded off the spots! (They were supposed to be checking for another issue the past few days and just felt like removing evidence I guess.) This was unauthorized of course which makes it illegal. (Luckily I took a picture before they did that.)
Just cannot believe they would go to this much trouble for a twenty dollar part that I wasn't even asking them to replace. I mean, if you accidentally break something, just admit it was there and not gaslight me. They have lost me as a customer. Never had an issue with Joel or Steve so If you go to them, take pics of what you need them to work on, just in case.
Edited to say I am feeling validated after seeing more bad reviews. Bring Joel bring and fire the manager for being a liar.
Edited again to respond to the manager. I have only put this review in one place, on Google. It is one of three reviews I've ever done in my life. Yes, the hood of my car has those struts but it also had the extra hood prop and I am pretty sure I know what's under the hood of the car I have for years. And yes, you did sand off the rust marks where the prop was once I mentioned it to you. So, yes, you are a liar and ruined a working relationship of at least thirty years. The fact that there are other bad reviews since Joel left says something.

Ever since moved to this side of town I have used Beany's for any service repair that couldn't be managed at home. The have always been very kind and informative and make sure you approve the repairs before making them. They're honest with your vehicles condition and have reasonable prices considering their workmanship. I would definitely recommend Beany's for your car repairs especially if you live close by.

Please DO NOT go to this auto shop. After working with them to get another engine put in my vehicle, because I needed to save up the money after a 3rd party sold me a bad engine, they never called me and had my vehicle towed to a impound charging me per day. Lucky I drove by and saw it gone. :( Then they threw away the key on purpose so that I would have to get another one made. I knew it was on purpose. I wouldn't send my enemy there. Please drive past there and keep going!

Be prepared to be taken advantage of if you don’t know cars going here. Had to look at a friends vehicle that had been worked on by this repair shop. It’s had two batteries replaced within a year costing $400 each time. Everyone knows interstate batteries carry a two year free replacement. There was no hold down on the battery so it was sliding everywhere and the car owner was not informed. The positive battery cable terminal was corroded in two at the bottom and the top ring had never been cleaned at all. I would not trust this shop to work on anything because rather than honor a warranty they will take advantage and make you pay full price both times. And for a literally 30 minute job to do it right they will charge you two hours.

Great service as usual, price is reasonable and in the 10 years of coming here we have never once had any issues. Much better than Firestone or the dealer for any repairs. Give them a chance, you won't regret it. They even work on foreign cars like Fiat.
