Loves 8 miles away, There is overnight parking but only for bobtail. You drop your empty in the empty lot then bobtail to overnight parking. Dock 22 is next to shipping office, (NO BOBTAIL PARKING SIGN, continue to walk straight up and you’ll find dock 22)I arrived at 2100 for my 0800 appointment drop n hook next day, I walked into the office just to check and see if the load is ready. They said load won’t be ready until tomorrow at 0800.I was calling back to back the next morning at 0800 to see if load is ready, I wasn’t trying to walk in the cold to shipping for them to tell me load is still not ready.After many phone calls and nobody picking up I decided to walk to office at 0900. I was confused and angry why nobody picked up my calls when the office had nobody in line! It was quiet! They had my paperwork ready for me.I would have given this place five stars but the lack of communication pissed me off!

Yal need to take notes from amazon because logistically yal delivery process is terrible. I have ordered 2 things online and both times they came to the city they were supposed to arrive in and returned back somewhere else. Yal need to offer order to closest store if you can figure out how to get it to peoples homes. Especially during christmas. And if you sell something whether its limited edition or not if you didnt fulfill the order then you need to fire up the presses again and fill the order because something being limited edition and running out of stock is no excuse. Seems like your supply chain needs to be revamped as well.

When you are coming lift side no truck entrance make sure u get agood space to make u turn and back right side and go ahead until you get traffic light make right turn and again go ahead until u get truck entrance

We do drop n hook here so I'm usually in and out in half an hour. Follow the signs for the truck entrance!

Pretty easy to deal with. The place is huge. Staff is pretty friendly. The entrance is not on the main road.

Has overnight parking. Vending machine and restroom in the shipping office. Normally when I come everything goes smoothly. Only once did I come and the lot was extremely crowded to the point where the yard dog told me to just drop my trailer where I was and he would pull out my loaded trailer.

First and foremost Bath and Bodyworks is one of our favorite places to shop. The personal body care products smell great and works well with ours sensitive skin and the prices are respectable. The purpose of this post is to take issue with the new “no return policy on your products i.e. candles, wallflower fragrance, wallflower “plug in” if the product “looks used”. Prior to the change of the”new policy” if a candle scent, wallflower fragrance did not mesh or agree with us once we “used them” we could return them no questions asked.Additionally, if the wallflower “plug in” begin to leak, we could bring them back to exchange for an “in kind, same price point. The wallflower plug ins look beautiful and there is very large selection. The problem is they are poorly constructed. Every wallflower plug in we have purchased do in fact start to leak between 3 to 4 months. Right up front, tell the customers “buyer beware” they are no returns once you use our products. Warning our plug in will begin to leak after use.I am very disappointed with the new no return policy.

Has overnight parking for pickup and deliveries. Had appointment for 11:00am and I got there at 11:30 pm the night before and I was unloaded, very surprised and happy the got me 12 hours earlier ?. Thank you guys.

The Gaylord location has the worst management customer service ever! Hire a new manager and treat your customers like you appreciate their works.
