Since when does this brand not guarantee their product? I have spent hundreds of dollars on candles at this store alone. Only one time did I get a "dud". A candle that won't stay lit or burns uneven. I tried to get this thing to stay lit most of Christmas Day with no luck. The only other time this happened, the store let me exchange with no problem. This time I was told there are no returns. They didn't even look at the candle which it was obvious defective. I mean seriously? Who would return a candle otherwise? I will not be returning to bath and body works unless this is corrected. So very very disappointing.

I had the best experience. I was looking for a specific scent and Topher was so nice and helped me find it. He also recommended other items to me. It’s so nice to have friendly faces! Some of the the other girls I come in contact with have been rude. You guys need more employees like Topher!

Went into the Taylor square location and was told by the greeter about the buy 3, get 3 free deal on all skin, body, or face care products in the store. So my girlfriend and I got 6 items all within those parameters and got to checkout just to find out that only 2 of the 6 items we selected were apparently part of the deal!? Two of the items we picked out were soaps, one was a bar the other foam soap for hand washing, yet only was the bar part of the deal. How does that even begin to make sense? No one told us what was or wasn’t included, only thing the greeter said was skin, hair and body care products were apart of the deal, nothing else. And all the cashiers were repulsive when I asked how the products we chose that all apply to skin were not part of the deal. 0/5 would be left by me if possible. Horrible experience, customer service, and explanation of how the deal worked. Feels like an absolute scam.

- lots of body washes, candles, soaps, etc.
- place was clean and organized.
- prices have always been a bit high for what it is honestly but still worth buying.
- plenty of parking.
- have cool fall items and scents.
- overall not a bad store at all.

I live in Memphis, and for some reason I’m getting constant transitions from this store. The bank told me to call them so I call and they answer and never say anything. Once I got someone on the phone the lady wouldn’t even let me finish what I had to say before trying to get me off the phone rudely.
