Banfield has always taken care of my animals in past, I was looking into adoption as my cat passed away from old age, he lived far longer partly to my former vet there. I will have to try one of the current vets for new cat as she's moved no longer available there, but Banfield has always been good in past will continue if I get another cat.

I don’t usually leave reviews however this experience was not good.Friendly staff however they put our sick dog in a cage for 6 HOURS we waited all evening because they told us they would call when it was time to come get him.. no call so we called at 5:30 before they were about to close at 6 and they said yeah you can come get him.We went and got him and they basically did nothing but blood work.. said it all came back fine. They told us when we was there they would call us if X-rays were needed.. our dog was crying in pain and wouldn’t eat.Dont waste your $ just take your dog to MedVet for a more thorough exam. We ended up having to take him to medvet to get pain medication and have other test ran… would’ve been cheaper to just go to medvet all along with the quotes they gave us. I want to add they didn’t even suggest us to take him to Medvet. We took it upon ourselves because we know our dog and knew something wasn’t right. They didn’t even offer any pain medication for him. Breaks my heart never again will I give business to this company at least this location and will be searching for a better vet office asap.

Banfield took great car of my rambunctious Blue Heeler Storm. He's a handful and they handle him very well!

Excellent service and care starting with the first phone call to confirm my appointment all the way through to the pet care appointment. I was given great information on the Wellness Plans which was extremely helpful not to mention beneficial!At the appointment the front desk staff member was super friendly and kind and helped to put my mind at ease. The pet care staff were great!! They were informative, patient, and gentle. They did amazing with my cat Halo! It was our first time to the vet and the Banfield staff really made it a great one!

The staff at Banfield are great. Anytime I call with a question, they always answer the phone. Wait time for appointments are at the very minimal. They have definitely been a huge help with my first pup.

My wife had signed us up for some stupid payment plan. We had called these guys after 2 months to end that plan due to no need for it. They never ended the payment plan and sent a $1000 bill to collections. I wouldn’t sign up for anything from this place due to the inability to cancel a plan then blind side you with a bs collections to your accounts. It’s a good place to take your animal to be taken care of for sure but they do run a shady business

I am not usually one to post a review, but my experience was so bad and I don’t want anyone to waste their money here.They just want to sell you on their optimum wellness plan. As soon as I said I was not interested the staff became extremely rude. I took my puppy for a wellness check and vaccines and the vet looked at my puppy for like 5 seconds and did not answer any of my questions at all. He spent the rest of the appointment telling me why I need to purchase the wellness plan even though I said multiple times that I was ok and did not want to purchase it. They did not offer my puppy a single treat. As I was checking out the vet tech was talking rudely about me not purchasing the plan and how I’m spending all that money in one go. Overall the experience was not good at all.

So one of their vet assistants has a really bad attitude, she was smacking her lips the whole time talking to us, shifting hips, taking deep breaths almost like we were irritating her but I wasn’t saying anything, then she just pushed all these shots onto my kittens charts without actually explaining anything, she was completely unprofessional, the doctor was gentle and the front desk was great though.

Always friendly and thorough! My dog doesn't like going to the vet, but they are very good with him and keep in mind that he is a service dog when making appointments.

I feel ripped off by Banfield. I made an appointment for an initial visit and there was no record of my online reservation even though I had a confirmation from them. The office person said Banfield has a "glitch" in their system. I was then charged 100.00 over my estimate. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Nice to have my dog cared at this pet hospital. Doctors and nurses here are friendly and care your furry friends. It is inside the Pet Smart store. While you are waiting, you can tour the store and pick up few treat or some accessories for your furry friends. Or enjoy the aquarium of fishes. They open on Labor Day!Over the years of services provided this Banfield Pet Hospital. I am still satisfied, and so the happy dog.???.They moved to their new location now: 2859 Taylor Rd Ext Ste 8A, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

Brought our senior dog in for a consultation… they sat the dog in a kennel for 2+ hours after the appointment time… dog started to have a panic attack… we get a call that we need to take the dog to an emergency room because of panicked breathing and they are not equipped to deal with the issue. Ran to pick up the dog and arrived to being charged for a visit that never happened cause the surgeon was at lunch when the panic attack started happening… and treatment for a situation that they caused. The front counter staff making jokes about the dog having a rough day while she is struggling to get breath. We then arrive to the emergency room to find out that when they called banfield .. the staff there did not even bother to let them know what medications she had been given which could have ended up with the dog being overdosed. This hospital is only there for money and trying to sell their scam medical insurance which does very little to reduce any costs. Do not bring your animals here and instead find an actual vet who will take care of your pets needs and actually be able to handle any emergency situations that arise. We will never return to this location. Thank you to Diley Hill Animal Emergency for saving our dog’s life. 3/22/22. So they claim on here they wanted to talk but they have been ducking calls for a month… we call them and can only talk to “Tonya” and the first couple week she was “on vacation” and then it has now been 2 more weeks of calling for her to be in meetings… told she would call back.. always calls like 10-15 min before they close or for the last week… not calling back at all…. Why would you trust this company with your pet???
