I was given wrong information by an associate 11/3 and it caused an issue on 11/5 during drop off and all I wanted to do was communicate this issue within the business to an associate and BAILEY first of all answered the phone after a 30min hold in a jaded tone like she was already tired of me though I hadn’t even spoken a single word yet…Then when I respectfully, but with frustration, expressed my concerns for the miscommunication on their end Bailey got incredibly defensive telling me she wasnt even there during check-in, she doesn’t know who I spoke to 11/3, it wasnt her problem… I reiterated the purpose of the call was simply to communicate the miscommunication error on their end so they can be more cognizant going forward but Bailey continued interrupting and talking over me saying “I dont know why I have to take this” and saying it wasn’t her problem… In the end I was asking questions and making statements as she spoke over me completely ignoring everything I had to say. She needs retraining on how to work with patients owners. I wasnt rude or disrespectful at all. And I started by acknowledging I dont know who I spoke to 11/3 so I wasnt blaming her, so I don’t know why me communicating my frustrations with my experience this week caused her to have a meltdown on the phone…

They take really good care of my cat even in his ripe old age of 15. The care and customer service is awesome!!!

We love Dr. Milo. We had to send our dog over the rainbow bridge. He is wonderful and genuinely concerned and takes great care of patients and their owners.I will say the wellness plan is very expensive.

only because i can not leave a no star. WORST. VET. EVER. would not allow me an in office visit. said they did not do them. but when i came to pick up my dog the Dr was in an office visit. was told he would call me when he had time. it has now been a week. tried to cancel my plan and have been told i will be stuck paying for a year. Should have known better than goong to a big chain anything.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with taking my dog to the Banfield Clinic Reynoldsburg, Ohio location for her immunizations. At the initial visit 3 weeks ago, I was very specific about the reason for my visit as I intended to board my dog due to a flight I had booked for the following day. During that visit, they attempted to talk me into additional immunizations (regardless of the impact that receiving more than 4 at one time would ha e on my already nervous dog). They also attempted to talk me into the Wellness Plan which I declined explaining that I absolutely could not afford it. I was scheduled a "Tech visit" to complete two of the immunizations which were 2 part. They explained that this would bea tech appt. Upon returning, to my surprise we were seen by a different vet who spent the entire time giving her full attention to attempting to talk me into the Wellness plan. I told her my financial situation could not afford it and expressed concerns with today's unnecessary vet "exam" seeming I still had no concerns about my dog's health. She went on and on pretending that "spreading the payments out" would someone resolve my financial situation. Considering that I had already paid for a vet visit and 4 immunizations 3 weeks ago and have no medical concerns, adding a monthly payment plan (for potential future vet visits withinthe next 11 months) would be a terrible idea. A Wellness Plan is NOT insurance nor does it cover any treatments should any be needed. This visit was intentional rescheduled from a Tech appt to a Vet appt as a sales pitch to join the Wellness Plan monthly payment plan AND to charge me for ANOTHER vet visit within 3 weeks for a dog with no issues. Shameful business practices. I will be sharing my experience and warning others.

The veterinarians and vet techs are very caring, informative of care options, medications and prices. I like that this Banfield is separated from Petsmart as other Banfields tend to be attached to Petsmart making it a high traffic area and can be more stressful to pets (especially my cat who doesn't live with other pets)
