We went at Store 4563, the sales representative Mr. Habte Netere was great. He was extending his helping hands so calmly. I have no hesitation recommending people at visit the store!

I'm only giving you a five star review because of the service I received today from Habt N. The manager Dillon was terrible to me today and needs to be retrained in customer service and not honoring a warranty. Habt went above and beyond to not only honor my battery warranty but installed it after checking my alternator which Dillon sent me to another location to do. If you want to lose customers keep Dillon. If you want to keep loyal customers promote Habt!! (Blacklick Ohio)

Had to get a battery for my wife's car. They swapped it out in less than 5 minutes. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Great service and they always seem to have the parts I need in stock.

Dylan and Ryan did an excellent job in helping me this afternoon! I needed new tail light and brake light bulbs. It wasn't easy for Ryan to get the cover off of both tailights, but he persevered! Ryan has a car mechanic background and you can certainly tell! I would highly recommend this store!

The Reynoldburg store was awesome, I bought some rear brake pads for my car at the autozone on 5th avenue, it turns out the guy sold me the wrong brakes, I didn't know that until my brother jacked my car up, took my tires off and he discovered they gave me the wrong brakes, so I called the autozone closest to me and they said to bring them for a exchange. When I got to the reynoldsburg store their system said they had the breaks but they couldn't find any on the shelves, they suggested me waiting while they go thru the truck delivery they received earlier, but hadn't sorted out, they found the correct brake pads for me. I forgot their names but I really appreciate the extra miles they went for me!
