I visited this store yesterday and received exceptionally POOR Customer Service from Jessica. Aside from the fact she seemed to be on some substance her attitude , willingness to help and knowledge was all negative. This behavior is common for Jessica. Due to witnessing others issues as well as my own with Jessica I avoid her when shopping. I don't think expecting general knowledge from a manager who's been at Autozone for years is too much.

Rod G and Adam are awesome employees. I ordered a part a couple of days ago and stopped by the Reynoldsburg store to pick it up. Initially, it appeared that the part never showed up. Rod G worked diligently to confirm if the part was actually in their store. His professionalism and commitment to customer service really shined through. He found the part and saved me an extra trip to the store. Additionally, he ran into an issue with processing a commercial account. Adam jumped in and collectively they turned this around in record time. I really appreciate you two, thank you for a positive experience. This Autozone will be my go to for my auto parts needs!

June 2024:
The management changed and it seems the policy is to put callers on hold until they get tired and hang up so they don't have to work. In store purchases take forever, plan on a minimum of 40 min in the store or more.
The staff is slow and uncaring about your time! They look at you like deer in the headlights when asked a question.
I have Ben doing business with this location for 20 years. Now I will need to go somewhere else. After 5 consecutive negative encounters my patience has been exhausted. I waited in line for 30 min, then gave up went down the street to another location and was in and out in 8 min. If I would have stayed, I probably would have still been waiting.
They take forever to look something up and still can't find it. You have to go onto the mobile app and find it for them!
Save your self your valuable time and go to a different location!!!!

"0 stars for this location. The customer service is terrible. On Thursday, May 30th at 12:45 PM, there was a guy with a noticeable bump on his forehead. He served the customer before me nicely but was very negligent when it was my turn. He didn't give me all the information about the parts and refused to show me all the options. Worst of all, he mocked my accent in a very disrespectful way and told me to just pay and leave. I felt awful being treated like that."

As I waited in line yesterday, I noticed employee Jessica being rude and overall not helpful to customers. 3 of 5 left the store without shopping due to this. The company has to be loosing big money because of Jessica.
The sad part is I was going to submit a review last year about Jessica but let it go. A year later the same behaviors continue with her.
Last year,I was in line with 4 others customers.jessica then left a new hire in the store with a line of customers twice to Install wipers in the dark around 8pm.
Jessica Came back in and was less than helpful. She became verbally aggressive to customers. The African guy In front of me came back in asking for store info.to contact management about his experience.I was Forced to deal with her as new employee knew little.
I feel for others and the new hire who was being taught this level of customer service was acceptable. SMH. DO better Autozone.
Reynoldsburg loves this physical store!

Today 5/23/2024 I was buying light for my car and the lady with the hat on was rude to one of the employees, I think his name is Rode or Don Also she was Rude in front of the customers. She mentioned that she is the manager, but above management need to fix this. No one needs to be treated like this. Thanks

Wasted my time, manager sold me the wrong part suprise surprise, shouldn’t be working at an auto parts store if you can’t sell someone the correct part.
