When I came in to get pictures for an international drivers permit, they said that they couldn't take my picture because their camera and printer doesn't work. So I leave go to CVS get my pictures come back 15 mins later to find out "oh, we fixed it". Then this guy proceeded to greet to greet me with "what can I help you with" followed by "yea I'm from anther building I can't actually do anything useful here." So I wait an additional 20 Mins for the apparently the only person of three people who can help me. Then the woman who did help me nearly charged me for pictures Before I asked what all the charges were about! The audacity and incompetence!

This AAA has horrible customer service. I went in and no one even looked up to help me. I walked up and asked them about services advertised and they could not have cared less to assist me.

The receptionist at this location was not very cordial in dealing with my wife and myself. We were interested in getting a trip tic to the Smokey mountains and was told we could sit and wait for help but it could be 1 hour or longer before we could speak to someone. We were also told that the computers were down and we would have to come back to pickup the trip tic. Terrible service in our opinion, made us feel like our business was not valuable to this organization.

Your service and helpfulness were great; however, I am greatly dissapointed in the digital lodging book. I found that on my device the page I wanted to look at would not operate the way I thought it should. For example one entry was for a small hotel for which I was never able to find rates or a way to book it, if I had wanted to at that moment. All in all it was not as easy to use as the old paper books were.

Great service from the travel consultant(Lisa). I successfully booked flights and insured our grandson's Prague adventure in music.I only wish they (AAA) had more locations.

Lisa is at the Top of her Class when it comes to being a Travel Agent. AAA is lucky to have her as their employee. Make sure you ask for Lisa when you stop at AAA Pickerington.

This was my 1st time at this location. I went to order currency for an upcoming trip over the weekend, the system was down so Meka allowed me to come in a little before opening on Monday so I didn't have to be late to work to order. Lana was wonderful and took care of me when I came in. Such a friendly start to my morning. Very appreciative for their amazing customer service!

NEVER buy insurance from AAA. Bought home owners & auto from Rella Carper, American Commerce Insurance a division of Mapfre is the company that Rella recommended and of course I had heard of them-- You can have your name on a soccer stadium in Columbus, Ohio and still be terrible. Had water in my basement Easter Sunday ( 2-3 inches ). The reason for the water was a blockage of Fairfield County Utilities Sewer line . The next day when they cleared it said it was a 12-18 inch tree root causing the TOTAL BLOCKAGE. This type of claim should be paid according to policy limits. The claims representative Erika Eubank (located in Phoenix, AZ) agreed with me earlier in the week, but her boss a VP named Lisa told her to change it to a water back up--Limit $5000.
