This place is absolutely amazing! It’s a smaller-cozy bridal shop with TONS of options. Julie was such a big help and was very sweet. Highly reccomend this place for those of you who want a high quality dress for a very affordable price!?

I found my dress fast and for a reasonable price. Julie helped me find my perfect dress! She was honest and gave tips about how it should be altered. It was nice that I didn’t have to order the dress, so I could take it home with me that day.

I really enjoyed buying my dress at Reading Bridal Outlet! They have a great selection, the dresses are very well-maintained, and the prices are reasonable. Julie did a great job answering my questions and listening to my requests for the dress. I was also able to order additional fabric. Thank you, Julie, for all your help!! I would definitely make an appointment at this shop and ask for Julie

There are no words when you find the perfect dress and Julie did just that! Shopping at Reading Bridal Outlet was such a wonderful and easy experience. Shoutout to Julie for being amazing and helpful in finding my dress. As you walk in the doors you are greeted with warm smiles and helpful hands to make your dream become reality with picking the right dress! I can't thank Julie enough for making my experience worthwhile and making it one to remember with lots of smiles, happy tears and relief of picking the One.

After having a not so great experience wedding dress shopping at another place, I went to the Reading Bridal Outlet and Julie helped me. She was so sweet and kind, and she listened to me and what I wanted in a dress. Julie gave me the wedding dress shopping experience that every girl dreams of, and I ended up finding my perfect dress! Can’t say enough good things about Julie and this wonderful place.

Working with Julie at RBO was such a wonderful experience! I came with my mom, moh, and future mil, and we all had such a great experience. She was very professional and very experienced. She went through the process with us, showed us how to pick out dresses, and was incredibly helpful getting me into each dress. Both prior to, and during the appointment, Julie was very respectful and supportive of my budget limitations, and made sure I had options that I could work with. She was very knowledgeable of the available inventory and continued to pick out dresses or replace ones that I had originally picked based on what was working better for me or what I was being drawn to as I was trying dresses on. I had no original intention of purchasing my dress that day, but the process was so smooth, so encouraging and so easy that I found a dress I absolutely loved and was able to take it home that day!! She was not only professional, but connected with me and my party on a personal level, and we truly all enjoyed ourselves so much more than we thought we could! She turned a potentially stressful event into a really great experience! She also gave great recommendations for a seamstress. I would recommend RBO to any bride and her family, and would recommend working with Julie specifically!!

Edit: the store never called me to tell me they would be giving the dress away to another bride, I had to call them to tell them I wanted the dress for them to inform me they had other plans for the dress, despite my hold. Had they called me first and explained, I may have been more understanding.TLDR: gave the dress away I put a hold/deposit on, don't go there.I had scheduled a fitting at 3pm on Sunday and ended up having to move my appointment back because of work constraints. The shop was very understanding and even offered to stay open late which was very nice. Caitlin was very helpful and patient with me as it was my first time trying on dresses. The very first dress I tried on I ended up loving and put on hold with a deposit and told I had 24 hours to decide. I work during the week and didn't have time to call right away so I sent an email BEFORE the store closed indicating I wanted to buy the dress and would still call before closing. I called BEFORE the shop closed (and within the 24 hour hold) and I was told my dress was given to their seamstress to help guide alterations for another dress. They wanted me to wait to pay for the dress in full until the dress was back, so they could make sure it wasn't damaged in anyway. This seemed odd to me, as I had placed the hold and given them money for the dress as well, but I took their word and didn't feel as though anything terrible could happen to it if their seamstress had it.I got a call maybe an hour later saying they had to cut the dress I placed on hold on because of an "emergency situation" for another bride's dress, and that they didn't have any other choice. They refunded me the money I paid and offered to discount another dress for me.Even though they tried to offer discounts and money back, I feel it was extremely unprofessional for the owner/ manager to give the dress away that I had picked out and paid a deposit on.I would not recommend this bridal shop.

Just purchased my dress at Reading Bridal this past week and I cannot say enough about my experience! From the moment we walked in the doors, Julie made sure we felt so welcomed and comfortable. I absolutely love that she allowed my guests to help search for dresses to try on - - this made our experience even more special and fun!Julie was so professional, but so warm and friendly. She made sure to really take the time to work with me, and even ran across the street to a sister store to grab a veil that I had wanted to try on with my dress!I would tell anyone to go see Julie, and shop at Reading Bridal Outlet!

I worked with Julie, and she was so wonderful. She listened to what I had to say and what I liked. She made the whole thing easier and helped me find a wonderful dress that I could afford. They have such a beautiful selection of dresses in so many styles too. The experience was wonderful.
