“EDIT: 3 months later and gold-plated and gold bracelets still look perfect.Stopped in to get permanent bracelets with my friend on a Saturday! The shop was buzzing and busy, but the staff was so friendly and we didn't have to wait too long. They even suggested going to get a cup of coffee from down the street. There were plenty of bracelet options - silver, gold, and gold plated. I felt like they had something for every price range. You could get rings, necklaces, bracelets, and more! I personally chose a gold bracelet with an initial charm, and Elaine B. put it on me herself :)While waiting for our turn, we shopped around the store, and there were lots of beautiful, minimalist jewelry items for sale that I LOVED. I would definitely return and get some thing else another time.”

“My fiance bought my ring here. We were recommended them by an employee at the Ohio Valley Antique Mall when we were just browsing there. We went in and the nice lady we talked to explained how their process of ordering works. She worked with our budget and when I mentioned my interest in lab-grown diamonds, she said that it was totally possible and better worked with our budget (I have other more ethical reasons for choosing lab-grown though) and showed me a book to look through and explained how the prices worked. She also offered me a really lovely discount and we placed our order and paid. Then while they were making the ring, the communication was great. When it was ready my fiance picked it up and then a couple weeks later when he proposed, it was so beautiful in person I couldn't believe. The photo in their book didn't do it justice. I will recommend them to literally everyone who asks me about getting an engagement ring. Wonderful customer service and wonderful product.”

We took it into Philip Bortz and they were so helpful and accommodating, and really listened to all of my concerns and what I wanted in a band. We were offered multiple options, but ended up making a mold of the pattern on my engagement ring so it matches perfectly, and Matt took excellent care to be sure the design complimented my engagement ring without over-shadowing it. “Absolutely loved my experience at Bellissima!! I was having a hard time trying to find a veil, ending up going to this store and found my veil, earrings, and hairpiece all at once! Everything was very reasonably priced — way cheaper than a lot of the more commercial bridal stores. Amy was fantastic! She took her time trying to make sure I found the perfect pieces to match my dress. She even took the time to style my hair in an updo so I can get a better idea of what the veil and hairpiece would look like. Not a single complaint!!
