I work at Tire discounters. And this place sent me a radiator for a job that needed to go out. The radiator was no good and wouldn’t do any thing to take care of it. I told them how do they expect me to depend on there parts to work when I have to get a new one I have to wait until Monday? I don’t know how you do business but if I had a bad part I would be sending a courier, or Uber to deliver this part any way so it’s made right. Maybe Tire discounters should re considering doing business with this company. Or make this right for us today. Thank you

We have purchased often from here to complete customer repairs at Miami Valley Truck Repair. The quality has been good and the price is right. We had an issue one time with a part that was delivered. The company made it right quickly and easily.

Great service and prices, fuel pumps were questionable a couple years ago... but so was everyone else. So we've been doing OE since. Hopefully they sorted that out by now.

This place has been out of business for about 3 years...! You would think either 1-800 Radiator Cincinnati, or the building owners would take down the sign.........! People stop by daily looking for an open store! Looks 1-800 Radiator Cincinnati could care less about their customers wasting time looking for a store that does not exist @ the1243 Tennessee Ave. location
