Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever owned. I am canceling my account as soon as Monday comes not only today take 40 minutes to cash my paycheck when I was on my lunch break but then they shut my car down when I tried to send my wife money for gas and groceries so I’m stuck in the middle of nowhere with a shut down card and no gas or groceries because of these people.

The employee Sara was very nice to me and very friendly she was so professional and careing about my needs and well defined and very clear about the bank account and I really had a good experience thanks to her I have a very clear understanding of how the wood forest bank card works and accounts I'm happy I got to speak with her I'm looking forward to banking with wood forest very friendly staff she went above and beyond to meet my personal needs for banking ....

Was shopping at this Walmart when a bank employee approached me and started begging me to open an account. She said she would be fired if she didn't get enough customers. Very concerning and unprofessional behavior, probably going to be the next bank to fail if they are that desperate

I tried getting my account out of the negotive but since the hours they have are short and out of my time frame all the time, (and the atm only does withdrawls) I had to go to a register. It ended up putting my account in the negative evening more. I stop going to this bank immediately after finally getting it out of negative.
