Cussed out by a customer and then she flipped me off. In the sight of an employee. The manager said that I startled her. When she was the one that was coming up behind me how do you startle somebody that's in back of you that you can't even see? If anything she startled me. And I was on the phone speaking with my mother whom is hard of hearing so I was speaking loudly. He said she felt threatened that's why she put me off. I now see why Walgreens is struggling to keep open its doors. The worst manager I've ever had to deal with with 20 years experience in HR I forgot to add that I'm a visitor to the state and town. Not a good reputation for Ravenna

Count your pills from this pharmacy . Picked up my Adderall today and my prescription was 30 pills short. Called and they were like sorry just come back up and we'll get you the other 30. What if I didn't notice or if I was confused or the elderly. My medicine is a controlled substance. This is not okay and was brushed off by the pharmacy way to easily in my opinion.

I visited the Walgreens Pharmacy in Ravenna Ohio to return an Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation Aerosol that did not work (nothing came out). Informed the pharmacist that it never worked properly and after 100 of the 200 doses stopped working altogether. The pharmacist looked at it,and told me to clean it with warm water. Said they could contact my Dr. to re-fill the script. Took it home cleaned it and and it still doesn't work. 2 points :: 1. I paid a lot for this medication and expect it to work. After informing Walgreens that the others didn't work properly I would think they would want them back and inform the manufacturer (LUPIN) and give me another one that works. 2. As an asthmatic, I need my rescue inhaler at a moments notice. And I need it to work immediately. Thankful I had another (brand) when I needed it otherwise could have resulted in a serious asthma attack. Walgreens staff should be aware of these types patients.

Employees are always pleasant and very helpful everywhere in the store. I use their photo kiosk very frequently to print hundreds of photographs. Everyone is extremely willing to help whenever I hit any kind of glitch or have questions. I’ve been going to them regularly for almost 3 years.

Please fix your site to reflect that the pharmacy is open at 9am not 8am with the rest of the store.

When I hear the name Walgreens I immediately clench my mandible. Why you ask? The reason is because I know that this store chain has no training for their staff whatsoever. The staff is preoccupied with chit chat and smart phones rather than helping customers. The chain marks prices and requires you to sign up for their “rewards” which is just a way to gather data, sell it and market more junk to you.Would recommend finding a better drug store. Drug mart comes to mind as a much more friendly store.

Went to Ravenna Walgreens to receive flu shot where I have gotten the past several years. Showed them my military medical card, no acceptance, my Humana card, Medicare card no acceptance. I could of course receive the shot for $30.00. Thanks for your service. Sounds pretty hollow. Been doing business here since 2013 My wife received her shot. She must have a better plan

I honestly don't know how they stay in business. Today, I called multiple times. I either get a recording that says they have something in place that will not allow my call to complete or someone answers and says that I am breaking up. I've had no other complaints about that so I need to question the validity of that statement. Additionally, I had some prescriptions called in and learned after the fact that the pharmacy was closed because they were short on Pharmacists. I understand, but please tell people that there are problems so they can move on.

It's a bit expensive, however I was able to find some free and clear brand for sensitive skin at Walgreens in Ravenna I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The prices were roughly 80% cheaper than what Amazon was asking for the same exact product. I am not sure why it is so difficult to make a hand soap with zero fragrance, along with cleaning and laundry products. There are a lot of people becoming allergic to fragrance and synthetic additives in these so called natural products. I was just diagnosed this year after suffering through trying many different products and breaking out in hives over and over. Just to find out I'm allergic to the most used synthetic preservative in every product in the U.S. along with 3 others very commonly used in medications, makeup and soaps. Then the fragrances as well a whole slew of those too. So many I have an 80 page safety list of products that I can use ( mostly makeup which I stopped wearing long ago).If anyone know of a good company that has a product line for skin allergy sufferers leave a comment with their name please.

Not one for negative reviews but, after 3 years, I'm at my wit's end with Ravenna Walgreens. I've had the same prescription for needles & syringes since December of 2018. In my time using Ravenna Walgreens as my pharmacy, they've only gotten my prescription right a handful of times. No matter how many times we explain to the techs that come through exactly how it needs to be filled, even if I have my doctor specify how to fill them in the instructions, my script is filled incorrectly and I'm unable to administer my medication until days, even weeks later. This last visit, when I called to have incorrectly filled needles exchanged, I was lied to by one of the techs. On the phone, I was told I could exchange whenever, however when I showed up the next day I was informed I wouldn't be able to exchange them until the pharmacy manager was present (which would be, you guessed it, the next day). I gave up and drove the extra 20 minutes into Kent to see about fixing the mistake or even buying the needed supplies outright.I will not shame Walgreens for poor staffing leading to them closing early on a regular basis, there is no way the staff can control that situation. I do, however, take offense at how incompetent and sloppy the staff seems to have been for the last few years. Why am I fumbling to fix a staff member's mistakes every time I come to this business? I've never had capsules or tablets be filled incorrectly, so why has there no communication on the most important part of my regular prescription fills for years straight? If you're looking for a pharmacy, Ravenna Walgreens isn't where it's at if you have any specific needs past basic orally-administered medication.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Literally a bunch of high school girls who thinks it's cool to wear lab coats. Slow and un professional. Phones have ruined the working class. Like "totes omg." Literally they're department could be a Satire joke of a show. Stood here for over 40 min before I decided to write this. Still standing here.
