Just switched to Richardson. So far so good. We really liked the doctor. The whole staff was friendly with my dogs.

Staff not caring with my dog. They are more expensive than other vets and didn’t give me referrals when my dog needed emergency surgery which resulted in her passing. They didn’t offer condolences when my pet passed, even though she had been going there for 8 years. Not even a sympathy card. I will never take another animal there!!

I agree with many other reviews about the rudeness of the receptionist. People tend to be emotional when their pets are sick or injured, so maybe have some compassion. Better yet have someone with feelings work reception. Although I like the vet, I am actively searching for a new facility. Also, why no parking for people with disabilities?

The vet doesn't care. Spent $1100 in less than a week on an 8 year old pup just for them to not be able to give us any answers, then he died at home in pain. I wouldn't recommend taking a pet rock to these people.

Brought our puppy twice to this location. The first time all was fine, however we are not happy with our recent experience. My husband was told our pup would get “fluids” not knowing three different injections would be given along with couple of prescriptions. We were faced with a very expensive bill at the end. Had we know what our pup was being given, we would not have agreed to all of it. In fact, she was seen at the primary Vet’s office for the same issue, and never ended up with as many injections and prescriptions as she got here. Even upon speaking to the owner, he advised he could not really do anything about it, unless we return “unopened” medications.
We appreciate the help that is given to make our little girl feel better, but we don’t appreciate being taken advantage of in making a bigger profit upon our puppy not feeling well.
They even wanted to do a giardia test (extra expense) which was truly not necessary - but they didn’t even ask us. They put it on the bill.

Coming from another local vet, I was super impressed with the friendliness of the staff! Dr Miller was patient with our German Shephard, listened to all my concerns and came up with a plan!
I love that you can order medications immediately and not have to wait 24 hours to pick-up!
I was able to call and pick up food immediately, gave me a coupon and even said I could get it from Chewy too if I like and they would take care of the authorization directly, no more uploading prescriptions for me…yay! The front desk girl even gave me a lid to use for the opened cans! So sweet!
My only regret, not switching sooner!

We have been patient of this office since 2001. We would never consider going anywhere else for care of our family.
