Rodney took the time to compare rates for us and adjusted our coverage to ensure the lowest premium possible. We're not happy with the rate at which the insurance industry is raising their rates, but thankful we have an agency like RC Cook to help us find the most reasonable insurance coverage.

Mrs. Cook was the best ever. And with such a good mother (may she rest in peace) comes a good son! Rod is successful because he surrounds himself with top notch teammates. If I could steal Patty away, I would in a heartbeat. She is the lifeline and Rock Star in the office. While I do not know everyone by name, they know me when I call. This is a good family working hard at the family business. A true American dream. They will help to protect your own family dream - and are true to their word - moreso in a professional way than I have ever experienced. If wrong, they will freely admit and make it right. No excuses. After nearly two decades and working with two generations of the Cook family and long time support, (the lovely Patty) I cannot in good faith recommend anyone better. 10+ year customer lost due to rude and discourteous service. Would not recommend. 1 phone call to find a lower rate and no hassle genuinely courteous service. -----UPDATE---- 11/1/22 my new agent same company (progressive) got me a $392.00 dollar refund back in my checking account and a radically lower rate (SAME EXACT COVERAGE) then I was charged and I paid in full by R.C. Cook. Of course my new agent does have a perfect 5 star rating with over 100 reviews in Kent. P.S. I waited till my progressive billing page reflected my new agent to write the original review. SO I WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT STILL A CUSTOMER ---------SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY LOOK UP THE GOOGLE REVIEWS-------
