We love having our things stored here. Safe and secure. Some local spots don't have a fence on the whole property and some that do don't keep the gate closed. Ravenna storage has clean, safe, and protected units. There are plenty of cameras. And the property has a fence around the whole place. AND also the.mgr is on duty 6 days a week!!!! All the other places in town but one do not have a person on site to show you units or discuss in person. I highly recommend ravenna storage. It's obviously very popular Bec they rarely have units come open!! I hope they expand!

Real nice and easy going people that go the extra mile on car storage. They helped me out of a bind that was caused by another storage place nearby (Route 59 storage, don't use that place ever) . The rate is reasonable for storing a car, the owner even offered to help tarp up my classic car up to keep water out of it, as I live far away and can't be there to do it. Also recommended someone good to tow it. Made a stressful process simpler. Highly recommended and will be using these folks in the future. Most storage places, especially big ones, will not do this kind of stuff for you.

Mr. Dennison since you are the owner how does one reach you about an issue? I understand you have staff for that but sometimes it needs to go beyond. I'd much rather speak to you directly than smear it all over the internet.

I have been a renter since these were build. I pay my rent on time and have even had several units at one time. I have noticed that the gate has been open for the last month. Notice trash from the new construction all over. Why is there not anything being done to at least get the gate fixed??? It is supposed to be a secure storage unit. And if you need to get in your unit with snow on the ground , make sure you bring a shovel. Not cleared very well.

Melissa in the office was super nice and the units are super clean. Very reasonable prices and convenient. Would recommend to anyone needing storage space!

As the owner of Ravenna self storage I would like to reply to Carey Simmons posting. He had entered our office and told our facility manager that he was going to vacate the premises and leave a good portion of his belongings behind. Our manager told him that’s not what our agreement is. He has to remove all of his belongings. His response was “I’m just telling you that’s the way it’s going to be” he left and slammed the door to the office. I have never met this individual or spoken to him as he states. He has also decided not to vacate the premises and rented for another month. Our manager also tried to accommodate him by shoveling the snow away from his door so he could vacate the premise on the day that he requested to leave.We treat every customer with respect at Ravenna self storage. I wanted to set the record straight as this was a completely false review.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The male owner used profanity towards me and the female one didn't know what professionalism is. Do not open a unit here and if you have one, close it out ASAP.
