I walked in to the Ravenna location to make a cash deposit. I was greeted by an employee who told me there were no tellers.

if i could give y'all no stars i would. theres not a single location that has customer crevice, bankers, or change. as someone who needs quarters to do their laundry, y'all have screwed me over so hard. i am100% switching banks. go fuck yourselves.

Virtual teller's check scanner was down. And, hey if this the case where I can not interact face to face with employees perhaps it is time to change banks!!
