wouldnt let me bring in my service dog, told service dogs are not allowed, place is very poor staffed. wouldnt recommend going there if you have a service animal

Congested aisles and poorly designed flow of customers entering and exiting the store. Overzealous policies for a beer purchase for a 65 year old person. Demanded my ID. I laughed and let them keep the beer! Additionally,prices aren't that great anymore. Aldis is a better bet. Other locations are run much better than this chaotic mess but I will refrain from all of Marcs for now until things are redesigned and policies are more reasonable.

Nate the pharmacist at the Ravennalocation is the best there is. Marc's is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable pharmacist. I highly recommend Marc's pharmacy. It is most definitely a hidden gem

I called to ask a simple question about at home Covid tests being in stock and I believe someone named Lori answered the phone. I asked my question, she answered in a very rude tone and while I was in the middle of my next question she proceeded to hang up on me. This is very bad customer service and I will not be shopping at this location any longer.

Visited my new hometown Ravenna Marc's today who's stores I have been patronizing for years. My one star has nothing to do anything with the store in general as it is stocked with a variety of decently priced items. Also found the help very nice.. My issue to earn one star? I had allot in the cart and by the time I got to where I finished loading my items on the belt and moved my cart to be loaded. I noticed that my personable and talkative cashier was not wearing a mask.

I have been using Marcs pharmacy for many years. The main pharmacist is really nice. They have always price matched other pharmacies. Friday I went to pick up my prescriptions and they were significantly more than they normally are. I got on good RX show them the price at Walmart and giant eagle and a girl who was the pharmacist that day pretty much said I can’t do anything for you. She told me to go to those stores and get the actual price which I did and I took it to her the next day. Basically the conversation ended with her saying that maybe I should just go there and have them call her for my prescriptions. That’s exactly what I did. I went to Walmart saved quite a bit of money but I am really sad to be leaving Marcs.
